I was bored.
The title and description pretty much sum it up. Bacially, it's a new capture odds app that does not require you to know the strength and crew of the ships and outfits, you just need to know what file they're in and know (or be able to guess at) the RIDs.
Anyhow, it's here. It's Carbon, so 9 users shouldn't have any difficulty with it (I tested it with Classic and it seemed to work okay). X users should have no issues at all.
No Windows version. Sorry.

In other words, I must not be one of those nine users who shouldn't have any trouble. Could you check to make sure the archive downloads properly on your system?

Works for me. StuffIt 7 must be having trouble opening the StuffIt 9 archive. Hrmm.
Both Stuffit 9.0 and Stuffit 7.0.3 gave that error. It may well be a downloading error or a corrupted stuffit engine on my end. I'll try again sometime when I have more free time.
Odd. It expanded fine with StuffIt 9 for me. I'll just .bin.zip it.
