DiD plugin problems

I haven't had problems playing the game itself, at least with a new character. I've had problems with previously generated characters - the game freezes as soon as I try to load a previous character.

Also, on deactivating the plugin (just finished the game - big-time congrats on that plugin, it was seriously cool), the character I made for the game freezes it, and characters made before freeze it. In fact, the only ones that don't freeze it are the first ones I made, before installing the Trinity plugin.

I hadn't played PoG in a while before I got the DiD plugin, so I don't know for sure if it has anything to do with the problem, but it's a starting point.

My resume

I assume that when you say "freeze" you mean that there are a few lines that usually appear when a dialog box is coming (I suppose that this doesn't apply if you are on a Windows machine). You should be able to hit return twice and you can load your character (this whole thing is a bug in Coldstone). As long as you aren't on a map added by DiD, you can then continue on your quest. Otherwise, you'll have to check DiD again and then load your character, move to a normal map, save, then uncheck it.

Although Rubber Ducky has said that he is making a sequel to DiD that lets you uncheck DiD and keep the Blade Diabolus, keep your toadstools and sell them to the Hag (who moved to Upper Berglum) and I suppose keep all of your other stuff from DiD. So you might want to keep DiD checked till that is released...

Clones are people two.
If UPS and Fed-Ex merged, would they be Fed-Up?
A man who's out to save Gidolan Keep, flies an Auroran ship, and hacks into computers to keep the bricks from falling past the line of destiny? Yep, that's me!

One could just save a file at the end of DiD and go back to it later if RD ever gets the sequel done.

Don't worry, he will. And it doesn't just do that, it has a whole new storyline. Check (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/webboard/Forum61/HTML/001398.html#")this(/url) out.
