? on divine lamp quest

after you have finished the quest with the divine lamp, how do you find the guy monastary? i have never found it in all my times searching Garendall.

i luv the lotr books and movies. they r awsome!

I have had this problem too. Stark's walkthrough doesn't mention (at least last time I checked) that on the right edge of the crypt, there is a secret passage. If you have the pathfinding skill, you will see an s with a circle around it. Otherwise, you'll just have to poke around the walls till you find it. Then you will be at the level where the monk is.

If UPS and Fed-Ex merged, would they be Fed-Up?
A man who's out to save Gidolan Keep, flies an Auroran ship, and hacks into computers to keep the bricks from falling past the line of destiny? Yep, that's me!

Do you want to find the monk or the monk's monastery? Thunderforge answered for the monk, but I think you are looking for the monastery which does not exist. After you get the lamp, he says something about seeing you back there, but it must be in Gidolan Keep because it sure isn't anywhere else.

Oy! I misread the question (I think that I need to go to bed after this post).

I think that there is another monk or two by the Learning Tree after you've rescued him.

Sounds like plug-in material to me. 🙂

Yes, but I noticed that another one or two was there. Maybe the monk just got tired with the Divine Lamp and wanted to study the Spirit of Nature 🙂

Notice that Master Nohgra (or maybe it's the swordsman's guild, but I think it's the former) sells Neriah's gloves, which are fairly good and, if memory serves me, gives undead protection. As you surely recall, the blue medusa-looking woman that you had to kill was named Neriah. Perhaps you can give more info about her past and undead killing if you were to create a plugin.

BTW: It does seem to me that she wore a whole lot of gloves, as you can buy as many pairs of her gloves as you have the money for 🙂
