I managed to convert it. So now I have my suggestions. Make it cost at least a million more. Give more rounds for the Storms. I would say at least 200 total. Or to give it a more Pirate-like feel, give illegal QLBTs. In fact, use illegal everything (okay, I'm pushing it Heavier railguns would be well suited. And due to the railguns, I think FPCs are a bit underpowered and shortranged. I think a pair of ion cannons might be a good compromise for close range.

Well I gave it FPC Cuz they are Piraty and i'll up the Ammo for the Storm, and the Varient has 1 Ion Cannon and its a bit over powered along with its speed but if you want I can give it 4 Ion Cannons like the Valkyre Class IV but I feel power wise that will be invincible

The Pirate Valkyrie is quite invincible. But I think it's considered one of the über-ships, those which are way overpowered for their size and cost. I've been doing some testing with different weapon configurations and I've found that Hail Chainguns and EMP Torpedos are an amazing combination. Of course EMPs would be a bit too large for a ship of that size. I have a similar weapon that I could send to you, it's like an EMP but it is smaller and does a bit less damage. Three Ion Cannons would be a nice setup.
Instead of ion cannons, have you considered using a larger number of thunderhead lances, perhaps firing from the pods on the wings?
Yes, FPCs are "piratey," but the shipyard pic sure looks like it is firing blasters.

Right now everything seems great. Try to figure out the best combination of weapons, and I'd say it's done. But maybe you could get it to show up in the shipyard a little more frequently?
Well i've set it a 40% Chance which is about as much as the Normal Stardridge. And by the Weapon set I've now set if so you have 5 FPC and 200 Storm Ammo, and the reason I gave those combinations is because they seemed like the best Equivlent to the Mob Starbridges Weapons, Medium Blasters - FPCs, Radar Missiles +24 (No Change, Mabey Gravmatic Missiles (They are mainly used by Rebals though), 100mm Rail Guns (No change I dont think) and Quad Blaster Turret - Storm Chaingun +200 ammo and that seems to work fine for me, although I've come Up Against the Class E and was totally and Utterly Oblitterated by 4 Ion Particle Cannons, 24 Radar Missles and 5 FPCs, so I'm thinking I should put the Class E on a lower Percent Chance to appear (the Comp seems to like Stronger Ships :p)

Someone other than EVula said my name right! weeps I vote for my weapon configuration. What was it again? I think I changed it. How about chainguns (6), EMP Torpedos (1+6ammo), and two 200mm railguns? And an illegal QLBT, that can be put in as an outfit. And illegal jammers, make it really pirate-ish. Oh, and I would recommend replacing the EMp Torpedos with my specially designed EMP Generator. It's twenty tons, same as a torpedo tube, but it uses fuel instead of bulky torpedos. I could send it to you, who wants it? Anyone? Please, I want to feel like I've contributed, humor me.

This plugin adds one new ship: The Mod Pirate Starbridge. We felt it was necessary for there to be a mod variant of the pirate starbridge since there are modified versions of the others, and thus the plug was created... a year later. Also, what would you think about an Unmodified rebel starbridge? (just a rebel starbridge without the guns) I wouldn't make it now... but I might try it sometime in the future, using the same basic process.
