I am making a planet off from wolf359. (i called it Levo) I can't find anyway to give my shipyards any ships and my outfit ship any outfits. Can some please tell me how to?
And just a side note would somebody please be able to give me all the ID's for the governments and all the ID's for all the ships. Because 1, i'm sick to death of my planet being surounded by the beauro. (spelling wrong i know)

Did you give your planet a tech level? That is the first step. Try copying the tech level and government ID from a spob (planet) that has ships and outfits that you like. If you get ships and outfits when you do that, then you can try fancier things afterwards.

Do you mean copy from an original planet or a planet from say, spacetraders?

Either should work, but try an "original planet" first, then go fly to your new planet to see if it now has ships and outfits. If it does, then you will know that you are doing this right and can try changing to different tech levels.
I hope that once you have this working you will have seen enough of how the spob resource works to understand what you are reading when you then go back and look at the "spob" and "outf" sections of the Nova Bible.
