I knocked out the Sea Giants with one blow, bare fisted, and you guys said I wasn't the first. I knocked out the Guardian with one blow, bare fisted, and you guys said I wasn't the first. OK, in DiD, what does it take to knock out the green monster and the little guy in the red suit? Would I be the first?

im stuck at the part where you have to pay the leader troll 250,000 gold. and in fantrima, harold said that there must be another way. sooo a push in the right direction would be appreciated. and so far it is a wildly imaginative and excellent plugin.

That's what I meant and I think you're right. I woke up dreaming about it last night and by multiplying my strength by the number of hits, the necessary cost is quite a few billions of credits and I never cheat. After that I was able to go back to sleep. BTW, I like your little flower garden in the lower left of the final scene. Very nice!

If you play this through a second time, or have a saved game from before the final confrontation, check your stats after the fight begins and you'll see why I say taking these guys out in one blow can't be done. There are a lot of players with super strong characters and I wanted to level the playing field a bit. It tests your skill as a fighter and not what initial strength you have or what tricks you think you have up your sleeves. You got it! The Silver Eagle is my ship. You can also tell from my sig. I've played all versions and all major plugs. I came over here because I was getting bored waiting for some TCs on Nova. Well, I got hooked on PoG big time. I still go back and play the original EV because it has so many great plugs available.
There are a lot of EV Captains over here playing PoG. I guess it's not unusual to have split personalities if you are an Ambrosia fan. In PoG I'm Tom or Sir Tom; but in the EV universe I have a true alter ego as Mot Nnamklov and I don't take kindly to pirates. You aren't a Fed by any chance are you? I know there are several of them around here too.

The Thunderforge is my favorite ship in EVN. I'm not a Fed (Rebel, Miranu, Vellos lover in the three games respectively). I started with Ambrosia games when I found Maelstrom and Apeiron on a MacWorld Secrets CD. I later found EV. I was hooked. Then I downloaded EVO and later EVN. I haven't registered EVN, so I ended up playing as much as I could unregisterd. Then I tried PoG and, once I figured out how to not get killed within 15 minutes, I certainly enjoyed it. In PoG, I'm frequently a Lord of the Rings character (Aragorn, Legalos, Gandalf and Gimli usually). In EVN, I'm usually a Star Trek or Star Wars character. And my ship is the Final Destiny. ------------------- Now that I'm done talking about that, I'd like to issue a new challenge to PoG players. Without using cheat plugins, how far in the game can you get without dying or saving (you can save the game for time reasons, but you can't load from it if you get killed). The more plugins you do, like SE, WoC, DiD, and Sapphire, the better.
