Unless the read me to the plugin says otherwise, you put the folder containing a .dat file (in the plugins I have installed this file is called Data001.dat), and three folders: Movies, Music, and Sounds into the PoG plugins folder. An exception to htis rule is Trinity, wherein your place the file called (x) Trinity Plugin in the plugins folder.

Once more unto the breach, dear friends, once more; or close the wall up with our English dead. In peace there's nothing so becomes a man as modest stillness and humility: But when the blast of war blows in our ears, then imitate the action of the tiger; stiffen the sinews, summon up the blood, disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage; then lend the eye a terrible aspect....

The folder for the Trinity plugin is (x) Trinity Plugin like Lit Nerd said, although you can change the name before you use it for the first time (if you do it after, it could mess up your file). The the folder structure that you should see when installing a plugin should be:

PoG folder
-Plugins folder
--Plugin folder (Spells Expander for example)
---Data001.dat, Movies folder, Sounds folder, Music folder
