I have been unable to make Mission Computer write file changes under OS 10.2.6. I get an "unknown errot" message sometimes. Anyone else either use MC or have this problem?
I have been using ResEdit with Nova Tools but ResEdit crashes after about ten minutes under Classic and switching back and forth between 10.x and 9.x is entirely too much trouble.

Yeah, I get the same problem with both MC and ResEdit, and I'm on 8.6. To write changes, use Save As rather than Save, and whenever you edit a resource, use Command-C to copy it, and exit it often (the resource) to check if it saves, if you get "MC was unable to save 'resource' 'name' because of an unknown error' just paste it back and try again. This is the best way I've found... I've thought about trying EVONE, but I don't know if it works on 8.6, I know it's OSX compatible.

A few have reported that they have gotten it to work on 8.6. Please try it out and report back. One requirement is to have CarbonLib 1.6 installed - see my forums at (url="http://"http://forums.ariossoftware.com")http://forums.ariossoftware.com(/url) for how to install it.
