**K, thanks guys. I guess I should have specified something. I'm looking for an application that can turn any file into a .rez. I'm not actually trying to create a Windows Nova plugin. I'm trying to create plugins for a game called No One Lives Forever. NOLF's plugs for the the Mac and Windows version are in the .rez format. I tried using RezConverter to convert some text files into .rez however that didn't work (when the files came out they had lost all their data). The only other way I know of to create .REZs is to use the Rez console that comes with Apple's XTools. I've looked into it, however I was unable to figure it out. If anyone either knows how to use the Rez MPW console or knows of an app that can turn any file into a .rez I would greatly appreciate your telling me. Thanks.
No matter which .rez format you are referring to, the only source files it works with are Mac resource files. RezConv can turn any resource file into a Contraband .rez file. As for the Apple Rez format, it is somewhat deprecated, so you would have to look at the MPW or Metrowerks CodeWarrior docs. I can't think of a solution off the top of my head.
