How exactly are you doing a text-based RPG in EVN?

basicly, we put all kinds of stuff online. ship stats, weapon stats and what not. then people post on a message board your daily moves. you can have much more ships in the RPG, make lots of cash, buy ships. war with anyone you want. there is a fair amount of strategy to it once all the little kinks and game loop holes are worked out.

BoK, just something a little off topic, right, about your name. You're called "Bringer of Kaos" now I'm just wondering... what exactly is a Kao? Is it like a biscut or a cracker or something? It sound's like Sao. So would that make you the guy who goes around at functions offering people crackers?

well, we have the necisary boards we need for my project right now, its just that the other RPG's i played and admined have lost to many players to continue because no one was interested. im hoping when my NOVA based rpg gets going it will have enough players where i can put the other 2 RPG's up and get some overflow from the Nova rpg.
right now im trying to find someone who can write a program for all the techs that have to be put online. i need to know on the feasability of a program i would like to have if you could make it. basicly i would like a program for the techs. so that ships wise, you would have a field where you would choose a goverment, and once chosen it would display all of the different ship stats fields and you enter the information and when clicking ok it would automaticly add that tech into a database for that goverment. have 1 part that will have you enter in the weapons for the ship so it displays them as well. as for weapons the first field will select the type of weapon, the 2 field would select the goverment database it would go to. the first field would automaticly display the required fields for that weapon (and if necisary the projectile that goes with it) and upon clicking the ok button it would auromaticly enter the weapon into its respected goverment field. i can supply the source code for each of the gov ship database and weapons and what not if you want, but i was just wondering as to the feasability. and this would be an offline program so it is not necisary to connect to the I-Net to use it.
thats what i am looking for right now. prytty simple. would need to run on a PC. and the user would have to be able to set the location for the images cause it will have the image of each weapon or outfit with its stats.
either way im done rambling.

Yea well the first EH was boarderline the second was a complete joke. But Reality actually went somewhere.

Event Horizon 1 was exciting to read, at first. I kept thinking that someone could do a plug-in with the story that was developing. The stagnation that felled it came later.
That EH2 had problems, I do not contest.
