The submit thing simply is a form that makes a new email through the form. Make a new email that fills in the following:

The plugin recycling yard has been up for a while. I still have not gotten any plugs/tcs . There seemed to be many people intrested when the topic first started...

What do you mean? You won't submit until there's a script fpor uploading or something?
People are lazy like that. If it requires more than clicking a 'Submit' button, there's a good chance they won't go through with it. It's stupid, but I'm the same way. Fix that code and you'll definitely start getting some submissions.

I've been busy lately. But I've got some stuff i'll probably submit sometime soon.

I've submitted my stuff, but even stuffed it's over 22MB. I'll add another stuffit file containing most of my design documents at a later date.
