Shut your filewall off then.
It should be in the system preferences under the sharing tab.
Otherwise check out apple's web page or the forums at (url="http://"http://forums.macnn.com/")macnn(/url) for OS X related issues with downloading.
But the server works just fine; I can download without any problems(I just attempted a download). Problem seems to be on your end and it is my guess that it is your firewall due to your connection error message.
