I am currently making a TC for EVN but i am having some problems. The thing is I am trying to use only new graphics but the only two programs I have are color it!(useful only for editing old graphics) and Mechanisto (and I don't have the fainest clue how to use it). Could someone please tell me where I could get Bryce 4 (or whatever it is called) and any other graphic making programs alternitevely someone could just teach me how to use mechanisto but I know that can only make shipyard picts.
If no-one can help me I am going to have to use the graphics I got off warlock shipyards and hellfire shipyards, now they're fine grapics but they were designed for EVO. And that wouldn't look to good against the Nova graphics.

First off, good luck on the TC, I hear most of them just die. That's too bad too, we need more of them. Anyway, back on topic. I'm 99% sure Bryce 4 requires a large monetary donation and I've the mechanisto is hard to use. I personally mess around with strata 3d but i'm not anywhere near good with it yet so I don't really know if it would work for you. But you can do animations with it. And it's free. I'd go and find a link to it but it's late and I'm tired. I know there's links all over this board to strata and other free things, and I'm pretty sure there'd be some mechanisto tutorial links somewhere. Anyway, basically just try the search thingy at the top. Hope this helps.
BTW-I'm tired but not too tired to realize that my post may very well be a bunch of different ideas just randomly thrown together. I appologize if its hard to read. If any part(s) are impossible to understand and/or offend you, please just ignore them.

Indeed several topics have been posted about Strata. You should be able to get version 3.0.2 somewhere. Altough you'll probaly have to ask someone's serial. But all the info you seek should be in previous topics. Do a search on them. If you fill in the search form like this you should get all the results you need!. There are some 3D Modeling apps you can get that don't suck. Such as the lite version of Strata I think could be good enough. There was (and thus is probably rather cheap) a version of Cinema 4D for novice users. Alternatively, you could be a complete anus like myself and advocate software piracy.

If you can find it, you might want to try Specular Infini-d. It's kinda old and the version i have can't do those glow things (i think it's called particle effects) but if you can find it i think it's legal to download and use - it hasn't been supported for years and specular went out of business. It's pretty easy to learn to use too. Then you can download my Shipbuilder's Guide to Infini-D!

Actualy Infini-D is supported, Specter was bought by another company, but they still dont sell it. So you need to find it on eBay to get it legaly..
Plus I dont think many people have a copy of it.. And I would love to see a link to download it. I use to have Infini-D 1.0.1, now that was old

I don't know about Bryce 4, but Bryce 5 is available (url="http://"http://www3.corel.com/cgi-bin/gx.cgi/AppLogic+FTContentServer?pagename=Corel/Product/Details&id;=CC1M72VRBAC")here,(/url) and there might be a trial available elsewhere on the Corel website as well.
