That would be because Mazca, who owns (url="http://"http://www.urgaylol.com/")urgaylol.com(/url), is a moderator here.
Actually, it only works because anything after thye &SUBMIT;=Go doesn't even get looked at by the cgi scripts; it sees the forum number it needs to go to and takes you there.
