Sorry for the multiple post, but no one seems to be helping me on my other one. Heres the problem. I have downloaded Enrle/Derle (if thats how theyre spelled) and have once already converted a ship from EVO to EVN. I am trying to add another ship, but it doesnt seem to be working. I made the plug with just the two pictures of the ship i want, and the empty shan. I then drag/dropped it into Enrle and pressed ok. The only thing that happened was a .rleD and .rle8 appeared in the folder of the plug. They both contain an empty shan. Any help?

By two pictures, I assume you mean the sprite and the mask? As for the shan, we like to use the phrase, "Garbage in, garbage out." Since you only gave EnRLE an empty shan, it could only give you an empty shan in return. What you need to do if you want a complete shan is to fill out all the pertaining spaces (sprite#, mask#, xsize, ysize, framesperset, etc.) in the shan, and then drop it into EnRLE. Once you do that, EnRLE will be happy to give you a shan all filled out with the data you entered, except compatible with either .rle8 or .rleD. Does that help you?
