The Bible describes a facility in mission resources to "take away a <specified> %age of player's credits". Has anyone else tried this? I can't get it to do anything except remove 100 credits.

What you do in a mďsn is select the "take this % of players cash away" thing. Then you can type in how much you want to take away.
I'm tired, my explanationt might not help that muc, sorry... Agh!

Well, thanks, but that's what I've been doing, and it doesn't work.

Using NovaTools, right? It does work, as ATMOS uses it in the default scenario (Drop bears and forged licences(sp?)).

Yes, using NovaTools, but I checked with just the templates in case there was a bug in NovaTools. But no, the bytes in the resource are set as specified in the Bible.
I then found a pilot with the right bit set (b42), bought Repellent to get the 5% deduction and managed to get dropped on. It added 10,500 credits. Did it again. 10,500 added again - to a different credit base. Go figure.
Maybe it'll work in 1.0.2.
