How do you make new wëap resources without actually programming? For example, if you wanted to edit a weapon or create a new weapon, how would you control the damage/fire rate/reload rate that they have using only novatools and resedit?

I don't understand. Make a new weäp resource, open it up, then put numbers in the boxes. Could you elaborate what you mean by "programming"?

When I select "make new resource" I cannot make a wëap resource. Should I reinstall novatools/resedit?
Just type "wëap" in the box, and a wëap resource will be created for you.

Do you think there would be a significant audience for a plug that adds only large quantities of new weapons, nothing else? I might try that if you do.
Well, if the new weapons are well balanced, and you include düdes and shďps that use them (so they aren't just for the player), it'd be good.
