For nova? go to EV Nova.net, on the first page you can find NovaTools and Resedit in the developement tab. You'll also want to find the nova bible, which you can find at the novatools site. good luck!

Hi welcome to the boards, if you do everything right the first time you will have no problems with your plug in, open up another persons plug in look at it, see how they did it, now try to make your own plug in, have fun.

First, start small. Don't get carried away with huge dreams and TC plug-ins. Don't do it, man. A plug that adds a new pers (personality, a ship that flies around with it's own name and thingy) is a good place to start.

My fist EVN plug in is better than my second EVN plug in.
Bah, wait for EVONE, I've already, using the alpha, made all the missions for a TC, and now to wait for the rest of te editors
