More work done:
EGC-23 is now slightly larger at 612K. Lots of good work done on it today so far. Including several new resources (and at least one type). I ran into an oddity as well, which will require some fixing, but I have done some more work with that aspect, it just isn't finished yet.
TR-57 is at 3,755 bytes (for those of you keeping track ;)), but I haven't done anything with it yet today.

Updates: TR-57 is now 13,997 bytes, and I got a lot done with it. I also have an idea about what I'm going to do with it. I am now declaring that it's in Phase One. This particular project may turn into a real (small) plug-in, and not a tutorial, as I have some good ideas about it. This has not been decided yet however.
EGC-23 is still the same, as I have not worked on it at all today. There's still time, but I'm not sure if I'll get to it.
Hint of the Day: TR-57 is something that's supposed to be <Error: Cannot find "random_state.txt". Invalid file location or command>.

I'm leaving for work in a bit, and I'm not going to be home again until 7- something. No new progress since last update, and I'm not sure how much I can get done tonight, but I'll try. The good news is that I'm "officially" working at the air-conditioned theatre today. The bad news is that tech week is coming up and you just know the directors for the shows are going to want extra sets and stuff last minute. I love my job :). (I work as a technical intern at a summer multiple-play workshop thing, in case you can't figure that out. Wait a second, this has nothing to do with EGC-23 or TR-57. Oh well, it's not like anyone will learn anything real about them here anyway. All they know is the size of some of the files involved and that parts of the projects are plug-ins. Do they even know what game they're for??? sigh)

Sheesh, my internet has been down a lot lately. The following was what I tried to post earlier (several hours ago).
Unfortunately (for you all), I do not give out answers to question-hints. If I did, I'd say "Yes", and make you all guess wildly which answer I was confirming. But I don't. So tough.
Anyway, I haven't done ~anything~ on this project today, yesterday, or for a while, because I'm not feeling too well, and I've been very busy anyway. But, Hints of the Day flow somewhat freely, so I'm posting to this topic after all.

I created an 8K file today for the EGC-23 project. It was originally made in SimpleText. I created a slightly-smaller 8K file today for the TR-57 project. It was originally made in SimpleText. I made three folders to better organize the Big Secret Plug-in/Tutorial! I named one folder "EGC-23". I named one folder "TR-57". I named one folder "Big Secret Plug-in/Tutorial!". I thought some. I checked my email. I put some EGC-23 files that were elsewhere into a new folder (fourth new one) in the EGC-23 folder. I posted this.
Hint of the Day: The Big Secret Plug-in/Tutorial! folder is 3.4 MB for 29 items.
I now remember why I haven't been reading things you post mrxak. I never understood them and they always had a slightly frightening quality.

Update: I rearranged some windows slightly for optimal efficiency. I opened up a file for TR-57 to see what's actually there. I've been thinking about rethinking an aspect of part of TR-57. I've looked at a Phase One version of EGC-23 to see what I need to do more in Phase Two.
I'm gone for much of the morning tomorow, but should get back to work sometime in the afternoon. I'll post an update then.
