Just wanted to let you all know that Saber Studios reached 1000 visits as of early this afternoon. I wanted to thank all you plugin developers for your constant feedback and visits to the website.
Also, since users of Netscape can't seem to load Saber Studios, I will soon be moving the website over to EVula's server. Loading and downloading speeds should be much faster, and the homepage will be completely different. Just keep your eyes open for updates.

Cool. I hope the loading speed improves on EVula's server as it was pretty sluggish loading just there. Thats a (retty big milestone you hit there, congrats...

It will. EVula has an excellent (and swift) server, so all those problems concerning loading and download speeds should be solved.

Man! That is just tight! I kind of liked the pictures of the adaras shooting at you though. Are those called Adaras or am I thinking of an Arada? Whatever they are I like that picture. What do you mean you dont compair to Meowx?!(diferent post). Your site is almost better.

I too liked the "incoming" Azdara scene, but the image was really too large and took eons to load (especially through f2s slow server). I'll probably end up sticking the graphic in the Saber Studios Image Gallery...
Yeap, those were Azdaras.
Thanks, especially for the last comment.

Huh?
You've got some kind of messed-up page there... Anyway, from what I saw with javascript disabled was nice, but...periwinkle? For EV? Whatever floats your boat (or keeps your spaceship airtight ;)), I suppose...

I find the bright blue text of the newswire almost unreadable against the pale blue background. Other than that, it's quite a nice site.

This new website is nice, but it looks a little more more like an information site than the sleek 3D Graphics site that the old Saber Studios Web site was.

Yeah, I don't have an java currently activated on the webpage. Why Netscape wants java turned off is beyond me... Perhaps I should re-design the webpage in GoLive, and maybe that will fix most of the problems.

I suppose you are using a PC computer? They usually have a tendency to darken text (at least with my websites). I'll fix that as soon as I can.
Thanks for the comment.

That's what I originally intended to make Saber Studios anyway. Although I deal primarily with 3D graphics, I do wish to expand into other development areas (such as creating plugins and providing resources etc.). I'll probably even end up creating an EV/O/N shipyard information page...
Even on evula.net I can't download it... This needs to be fixed! I can't see how incredibly good you are at graphics, Skyblade! My opinion of you is dropping! J/K

Hopefully, a GoLive webpage will fix the problem. And what exactly do you mean by "download?" You currently can't download anything at the new website yet...

When you view a page, it temporarily gets downloaded to your cache. That's why it's faster to go back to a site than first visiting. I think that's what he was referring to.

Perhaps so, but that still doesn't fix the problem concerning Netscape.

Actually, a 2001 Power Mac G4 with a properly-calibrated Apple Studio Display. (I never touch a PC unless I'm fixing it for a friend.) It's also not a Netscape problem, as I'm using Internet Explorer 5. I think the colours are just too similar.

Man, this is getting worse than I thought. First the Netscape users can't load the website, and now even Macintosh users are having problems reading the text. I'm also using Internet Explorer 5.0, but the text is quite easy to see. I'll change it to something brighter anyhow. Thanks for bringing the problem to my attention.
