I'm looking for a program to make graphics thats (i)free(i/) and (i)good(i/).Any suggestions?

I'm not sure how you define "good" in terms of 3D programs, but Mechanisto and Strata can make some darn good graphics once you get good with them.

Maybe past versions of Strata, but I still say the current free version is worthless, I've used it. And I do have some past experience with 3D modelling from Cad classes at school. One of these days, I'm going to have to find time to try Mechanisto, I've seen some good images drawn in it.

Actually, members like Jules (one of my old Corsair Developer members) is very good with Strata. Refer to his latest "Kelan Destroyer" post in the EV Image Gallery...
Mechanisto is a very slow-going program, but again, it can make good graphics.

Anyway I would recommend Strata as its very easy to use and is pretty cheap (ie free or $149 or about $350 depending on what version you get). The modeling is good but the textures could be better.
