What tags do you use to make an image change when the mouse pases over it? How do you make it change when you click on it? (The image is a link)(I have three seperate images for this, I just need the tags)
Also, how do you make the border around the image-link dissapear? I made an image a link but a green square surrounds it. So how do you get rid of it or at least change the color of it?
Thanks

BORDER=0 is to get rid of the border, just put it in the tag with the image source link itself, all I know is the other stuff isnt html, I did use it one one site once but I forget it. its java of some sort. try finding a site that has it and look at its source, thats how I taught myself anything I needed to know.

Go to my website (www.ewanc.f2s.com) and look at the source code for the frame which has the roll-overs in it (the bottom frame). That should give the realevant codes. I would advise getting a copy of fireworks (version 2 or newer) as it lets you make roll-overs graphicallly and import them into an html file. Look at (url="http://"http://www.macromedia.com")www.macromedia.com(/url) to see if they have a free version available (they probably do as they have a free version of Dreamweaver).
As Matrix said for the border.

You say you have Photoshop... I have version 5.5 and it came bundled with a program called ImageReady. That is what I use for the rollovers and such. Check your Photoshop folder for that program. It's pretty straight forward.
If not, got to your favourite search engine and type in the keywords: free, javascript, rollovers, tutorial.
From personal experience, taking code off a page is the most confusing thing ever and is prone to bugs in your final result.
That's just my two cents.
