After i captured that planet for the emalgia, and 3 planets for US/hinawar, and made the new outpost for the UE at the top thinhg, what do i do now? I cant get any more missions it seems, and there are no more offensive misssions i can find..am i dont with the UE? that would suck..

From your limited explanation I believe you are done with the UE, unless you didn't do the Anna Bolashava/UE Cruiser mission string. If you want more, download "Reign of the UE."

Sorry to bump an old topic, but I'm at the point in the Hinawar mission where I just dropped off a rebel at a station, and the mission text says in order to help, I need to find some help, but "you wonder from where". Any idea where I should be traveling to? Currently I am not on a mission.

Anyway, now I'm over it - let's face it, old action is still action around here - it sounds to me very much like you are at the biggest 'leap of logic' point in the whole of EVO. It really requires you to have been careful reading the right planet descriptions, and is a bit mean in my view. Still! EVO was always the biggest mystery of the series, and that's why we love it eh.
So umm, there's this guy who's kind of famous ... or infamous in the recent history of the EVO galaxy. He's based at Outpost Gamma. A bit blunt, but it should help :).
If you're trying to give him clues you should give him the name of the guy, rather than the actual answer
Yeah honestly, I think it's a bigger mystery than that. Things like that, and one or two in Frozen Heart, are to my mind unnecessarily 'involved', outside MUD style games.
