You need a very high combat rating. Go to Mirava or Station Pybin and hang out (where the miranu science station is). You'll eventually be contacted with the start of the mission string.

The start of the mission string is not too easy to recognize - you are asked to make a special delivery to the Igadzra, to improve Miranu relations with them - not to be confused with the Igadzra recruitment delivery from Kitrak :).

BEWARE!!!! In this string you will face destroying a fleet of cresent warships and a one on one battle with an Igazra. (if you have an azdara you will do this easily but a UEC will do the trick)
