Of course, I wasn't precisely informed as to what systems the Confeds get, so this is just an estimation. Does it look good?

Carnotaur,it is not the Confederacy. It is the Skraine Interstellar Coalition of Worlds. Skraine systems are:

Esponer mailed me to tell me to make a new sig weapon. So,I made one,or more precisely two: Firstly,the Plasma Pulse.A small outfit,this thing hooks into the plama core,and shoots blobs of plasma at incoming missiles. Also works on rockets,but not on Energy Leechs or Torpedos. The new weapon is the Plasma Web. A large sphere of plasma is shot towards an enemy ship. It hits the ship and wraps around it's shields,controlled by a laser array on the firing ship. The plasma web slowly burns away at the ships shields,burning faster if the ship has lower power shield generators. The Plasma Web does heavy damage to shields,but little to armour,and once it burns through the shields it quickly fizzles out anyway. Note that this tech has yet to be approved by Esponer ,so I'm not sure if it will work on Haorn Spectral Armour.

I never said it was. I was referring to the Confederate Alliance of the Milky Way.

CONFEDERATE ALLIANCE WEAPONS
•Anti-Proton Turret/Cannon: An enhancement of the old Proton Weaponry, Anti-Proton Weaponry is powerpacked, but does even more damage to shields. It has a good reload, but even better range, outdistancing all primary weapons around.
•Trans-Phasic Missile: You can't get much more powerful than this. With a high speed and average range, this missile also comes equipped with an emensely powerful damage rate. Like the Anti-Proton Turret and Cannon, it does most of its damage to shields. Though slightly bulky for a missile, they are an excellent weapon.
•Photon Torpedo: The Photon Torpedo is the heavy artillary weapon of the Confeds. It has a high damage ratio (even more than the Trans-Phasic Missile), both to shields and armor, but it is hampered by the fact that it is somewhat bulky. It is also not extremely fast, but has an extremely good range.
•Ion Disruptor Beam Cannon: The epitome of power in a beam weapon, the Ion Disruptor Beam Cannon is highly powerful and can tear whole frigates to shreds. The CA prefer to use it on smaller-type warships like the Corsair and Raven, and it works extremely well on these vessels.
•Ion Disruptor Beam Turret: Even more incredibly powerful than the beam cannon, the Beam Turret, used only on the Alliance Flagship and Aurora Battleship, can blast even cruisers into small bits of carbonized atoms in mere minutes. It, like the Beam Cannon, fires in long bursts, and (despite being massively heavy) is a deadly weapon.
•Renegade Fighter Bay: What more is there to say? It holds Renegade Battlefighters and launches them fast.

•Renegade Battlefighter Description: Extremely fast, second only to the Tribunal Phantom, the Renegade Battlefighter is armed to the teeth, is well shielded and armored, and at the same time demonstrates how the Confeds have an need for speed in all of their ships. Though usually just flying around with the fleet, Renegade Fighters can also be stored in the docking bays of the Alliance Flagship and Chimaera Carrier. Weapons: 4 Anti-Proton Cannons 1 Trans-Phasic Missile Launcher - 4 Trans-Phasic Missiles
•Corsair Assault Cruiser Description: Originally the Azdgari Warship, the Corsair has gone under major modifications and now looks little like the original AW. Also heavily armed, the Corsair is extremely fast for a ship of its size and can outmaneuver any other big or medium warship, including the Raven. Weapons: 4 Anti-Proton Turrets 2 Trans-Phasic Missile Launchers (I didn't think it was necissary to put in the ammo count for larger warships) 2 Ion Disruptor Cannons 2 Photon Torpedo Launchers
•Raven Battlecruiser Description: The ship that led the Mercenary Alliance to such great power, the Raven Battlecruiser is still as deadly as ever. Fast, well protected, and armed to the hilt with guns of every power, strength and range, the Raven is super-deadly. With the addition of the old Anti-Proton Cloaking Device, and the fact that all Ravens are painted to look black and sleek, these mighty warships bring fear into all who face them. Weapons: 6 Anti-Proton Turrets 2 Trans-Phasic Missile Launchers - 60 Trans-Phasic Missiles 2 Photon Torpedo Launcher - 40 Photon Torpedoes 3 Ion Disruptor Cannons

OK,Esponer says my sig tech can't be a weapon,and my brain is out of original ideas. That darn Plasma Web has sucked my brain dry. But I'm hoping to be allowed to keep my Plasma Pulse. And,Carno,you can probably make the Eta Cassiopia map smaller,because I won't be doing much exploring in it,maybe to about 3/4 jumps away from inhabited space,but could you mark on it all the uninhabited systems with good asteroid or ore deposits,or a terracompatible world?Please? And just do uninhabited system names in trinumeral groups,such as: 258•915•769 ,which indcates the star's X,Y,and Z coordinates,and which is a much better way of classifying uninhabited stellars.Use the random function on a scientific calculator to get the numbers,if you like.

A message to Asriel: When I asked who I would first meet if I sent a fleet into the Milky Way,Esponer told me that,aside from the Terrans,who are sealed off,the North Tip is controlled by the Renegades and the Tribunal.That's you!I'd talk to Espy about it,if I were you.
Shade, Carnotaur can't change the map. Also, Eta Cassiopea is more of a colonising zone for other governments.

Incorrect. A background development will enable most governments in the Milky Way to use a warp link to Eta Cassiopea. There's only one point in the Milky Way that is low enough on interference to do this - check the map, it's west of Voinian space.
This leads out to the bottom right of Eta Cassiopea.
As for your sig.tech, it's neat - keep it!

Esponer,you got the map wrong AGAIN. I have clearly stated the systems I have,as well as what bases are in them,further up this page. They state the systems,and which one has the wormhole in it. It is Haru'El and Haru'El has Sentinel Starbase in it! no more of this Porthos or Skrineen stuff,if you will. But thanks for the sig tech: To people who are not Esponer,it is the Battle Transporter(I'm trying to think of a better name). It will transport the ship on which it is installed anywhere up to about 20,000 Kilometers away. In normal ship running conditions,the Battle Transporter is kept primed to jump. However after a Battle Transporter jump has been made,it takes a long time to recharge. Thus it can be used as a method for getting close to a ship to pound it with heavy weapons,or a way of making a hasty retreat in the face of overwhelming odds. I'll probably be developing more short-range,heavy weaponry near the beginning of RoC 3. It is installed on Tempests,Whirlwinds and Cyclones. Now I've gotta think of a name
