As the three major strands continue to war across the cresent, many EV players have
given their alligence to one of the strand governments. What government did you give
yours to? Why? and why is it better then all the other strands?
I realize that this is one of the most asked topics in the history of the webboard. But I haven't seen a good Strand poll in a good while.

I like all of the strands, but I prefer Zidagar mainly due to my fighting style, which makes great use of the Zidara.

Igadzra. Plasma siphon + Igazra, reasonably interesting missions, and some cool renegade conflicts in the south :).
I pick Igadzra because way back when I first got EVO I was searching around bars and I found the first Igadzra mission on accident! I also play them because I could not live without the plasma siphon.

Normally whichever one I happen across first when I'm puttering around, but normally I do the Igadzra and Zidagar strings. If I mess up the timing then I go with just the Igadzra string.

I do the Zidagar srings, though I like the Igadzra too, I can't do the Igadzra strings anymore.shudders That's scary, being loyal to a race in a game. Anyway, the Zidagar have the Zidagar ECM, Phase Beam, and a bit of extra space expansions I like to have.The Zidara is my favorite ship.

Oh, fine , DON'T guess. It's Zidagar. Rima's reasons, mostly, plus the fact they are so amazingly cool.
I somehow always end up choosing Zidagar. Their ECM helps a bit and the extra weapon space they give lets me have a secondary weapon (There's like 5 tons left without it). I also like their Zidaras and fighters. A group of those rushing at other ships, all of them with their phase beams... phasing is truly a magnificent sight. The only drawback I can really see is that I'd be pitted against the Adzgari and their Warships with Azdara complements. I generally see their warships in groups of three and fifteen Azdaras is more than I can deal with.

Actually Shade to the extend of my knoledge the mission string starts on Igazdra, the planet and later continues on Kitrak.
My favorite is the Igazdra mission string but I like the Zidagar missions as well. They are both fun and you can do both of them at the same time.

I'm having fun using the Triple Agent plug for the first time. I hadn't intended to do so when I started this pilot file, but for now I'm having fun flying a Plasma Siphon-equipped Azgari Enhanced Arada. (I know, I know! :rolleyes: )
However, since the Azdgari string does alter the star map in its last mission, will I be prevented from finishing the Igadzra missions? What about the Zidigar?

Yep.. you'll have to finish the Azdgari string last because Outpost Terapin is pretty important to the Zidagar one, and also the Igadzra... :).
You'll also have to get the Igadzra mission to raid Diudir - from Station Raelion - before you destroy the Diumin for the Zidagar. Other than that I don't think there are any conflicts :).
i never think I completed the Zidagar mission, just got to where you get the 20 free space. And then I continued on to the Azdgari´s
