What's wrong with AIM,Payback? I AIMed Esponer yesterday. We got quite a lot done.
Stuff we decided:
The wormhole from Eta Cassiopia to Ross 154 is natutral. It leads from the fringes of Eta Cassiopia to the area of space between Sijak and Haorn space. The Skraine have 7 systems;I will post the relevant names and planet names later.
Skraine tech is based on Plasma.
Plasma Cannons/Turrets are about 2/3 of the power of a Neutron cannon,but with a corresponding increase in firing rate.
Plasma Blaster is about 4 times as powerful as orrdainary Plasma weaponry,but takes about 4 times as long to recharge.
Skraine Plasma Barrage Torpedos fire in groups of four,or smaller if less than four launchers are installed on the ship in question.
Skraine Signature Technology is the Skraine Plasma Sheild;this means Skraine shields are tremendously powerful. However,they are really,really bad at recharging. Basically Skraine ships can absorb a lot of damage but take a long time to repair it.

AIM is fine, but ICQ is better. ICQ allows you to actually leave messages! Unfortunately, more people have AIM than ICQ, so :frown:.

I believe Microsoft is just as evil as AIM. AIM is evil for many reasons. Leaving messages isn't possible, the history is set up shoddily, or, in the case of the latest build, I can't find the history at all! I also don't like the chat feel of AIM as much as the message feel of ICQ. Of course, someone could undermine my entire argument by pointing out that ICQ was bought by Microsoft about 3 years ago. But then I would point out that Microsoft really hasn't been overtly running it. And I don't know about MSN, very few people I know use it. shrugs

I've got the Skraine world stats:
Chau'Skria ,the home system. One terracompatible world,named Ka'Skria. One useless moon,barren. One orbiting station, Skraine Command.
Kel'enn Ri ,the second system. One huge blue gas giant. One terracompatible moon,named Kel'eri. Fuelscooping operations in orbit of giant.
Rau'Chi Kel. A system with 2 asteroid bases. Rau and Chi. Lots of asteroids>mining operations.
Rau'Ni Kel. One terracompatible world, Ri'Shau ,and one totally useless lump of a moon which is so large&close; that it exerts a considerable tidal force on the rock of Ri'Shau. Local organisms have learned to adapt to this,but Skraine bases on Ri'Shau must be on hoverlifts.
Ri'aal. This system holds a normal terracompatible world,named Ri'Akh.
Xu'aan. Contains one barren planet in the process of terraforming,named Xu'qui. Currently covered in gunky green slime which smells funny. All habitation is in domes.
Haru'El. This system contains the wormhole. And a station set up to guard it, Sentinel Starbase. Sentinel Starbase is one of the most heavily guarded bases in Skraine space,as it houses the majority of the Skraine Warfleet.
Skraine High Command,led by Magistrate K'Sarragh,is based on Skraine Command.
Skraine biology is below;
The Skraine are similar to panthers or wolves in facial structure. Their bodies are the normal bipedal humanoid figure,except they have tails,up to 0.5 meters long. The average Skraine is about 7 foot,as they evolved on a world with less gravity than Earth. Skraine are covered in short fur,ranging in colour from light brown to deep blue-black. The fur on their necks is longer,falling into a mane as on a horse,but somewhat more similar to that of a hyena. The Skraine have retractable claws,which range from 1 to 2 inches in length.
Skraine Government;
The Skraine are ruled by a Magistrate(Currently Magistrate K'Sarragh,which is me), who has a council of sector heads who advise him,eg the Govenor of Ka'Skria,the Councillor of Exploration and Colonization,the Councillor of Military Affairs,etc. Civilians must obey any Warfleet officer above Lieutenant rank.
And remember; We are the Skraine.We will not be overcome!
...except to the Haorn.

Raiek = split off part of Prylak, I believe. But I'm definitely nowhere near the foremost expert of the subject.
I suppose raiek would be ok, but is there ANYTHING else?

Ug, I finally got back! Real busy! I want to know, when will this start? Good Heavens, this is a confusing story! So, the Voinians and Igadzra are allies, the Zachit, Azdgari, Humans and someone else are allies, and then we got all these other races in Ross 154. Many are at war, right? and Skraie(??) are in a mainly empty galaxy, after splitting off from the the Prylak, right? So which galaxy is this story in?
