Azdara murmurs his thanks and then murmurs something about Burboun. The bartender Murmurs back something about murmering... the rest of the people in the bar murmur at this unexpected turn of murmuring. Suddenly there is a scream! Someone has been murmured in cold blood! Murmers from the crowd ask for sherlock holmes, but he is out of town... doctor Watson strides into the room murmuring about Holmes being out of town. He then murmurs about a sailor of middle years with a tattoo and size four boots that were his brothers, due to the murmurs...SD, sick of all the murmuring, pulls out a knife and slashes at doctor Watson who murmurs about "young people these days". SD falls to the ground murmuring "Make it stop! Make it stop!"

Nah, Orwell is good, but I didn't think those books were very "mature." It's very easy to see the connection between politics and Animal Farm (Napolean = communism, if I remember right) and I just flat out didn't enjoy 1984. Try Fade by Robert Cormier. And if you want to get a jump start on college reading now, pick out some old classics and go through them, like Beowulf or anything Shakespeare. Shakespeare is quite interesting once you understand the language better.

ummm...The Dragonriders of Pern series is made for all ages you imbecile. I like Ramoth the best though. She and Lessa both have such an additude. You want to read an adult series? Try a few of the her other series. As for Robert Jordan, his books are good..... When something happens besides them fighting. Nothing but wars and a few major killings happened for 2-4 books! David Eddings....... I like Belgariad and Mallorean. The other series....are ok. Not really excited. Plus, Men and Women do have diffrent styles of writing. I don't pay attention to the words. I pay attention too the plot and the pictures it puts in my mind. Anne McCaffrey is extrodinary that way. I can see everything from her books. grimaces Of course, if they ever make that TV series or movie, they'll ruin it totally. As for murmering... I can't find many murmurings at all. I can find many "said in a bitter tone" "said amiably" ooooh. I found a murmered! Too bad it's followed by another describing word. Not only that, Dragonflight was one of the early books. I like All the Weyrs of Pern best. I think it has too do with Ruth. There's something about that little white dragon eh?

I've read Eddings, McCaffrey, and just started on Wheel of Time. I loved Eddings, and didn't like McCaffrey too much. Aside from The White Dragon. Great book. So far, The Eye of the World is pretty good, but the series as a whole remains to be seen...
I read Animal Farm last year, and liked it, but have yet to read 1984. If you want another great book to read, Ender's Game and the series that follow it, by Orson Scott Card, are fantastic.

Well Kitty, even the Great Diving Range has some down hill parts, but in winter isn't more fun to wait for winter and sky a few meter downwards.
About books, 1984 has a great skeleton but the flesh that surrounds it is laking. Their was a movie in eightys that revealed more teh sensation of the control of big brother. Unfortunately, the setting was modicied in deed but the feelings are stagering. If someone could find the name, I would like to view it one more time, it has been at east six years.
