I am in the midst of completeing the UE Central objective and i just went to Gamur to drop off the freedom fighter guy on his planet. i went from there to Gulan which is where to said to go to organize a revolution there. then, i was left with a message telling me to "consider where i could find some troops to assauilt the station" can someone tell me where these troops are? i've looked all over UE, Emphaliga and the "new frontier" trying to find them... and i'm drawing a blank. Thankyou

Heh, my UEC stacked up to the gills in hunter missiles (It fit around 75 with two launchers if i recall- excluding standard upgrades like fuel, armour etc.) took out three of them before I even started to use my fighters and blaze turrets You don't really need luck for that mission, by the time you reach the stage in the game where you're given those missions, your ship should be able to handle anything the voinians can throw at you.

TTP: You use seventy five hunter missiles but only two launchers?! Why not get three launchers and fifty seven hunter missiles?
Anyway, Pursuit Missiles are more efficient, faster, and way cooler.

Hey, I've done this part and attacked the station, except it seems no matter how long I stay, the Voniains keep attacking me. I destroy the fleet, and more ships arrive. I landed on the station during the fighting and nothing happened. Help?

Okay, that mission is a bit renowned for not becoming finished so easily :). I think you'll find what happened is that 1 of the ships for the mission decided to leave the system, subtlely, while you were after its friends - so you might just have 1 left to kill but when you take off and see 4 or 5 Voinian vessels it is hard to pick which one is for the mission! I'm not sure if you can tell by talking to them - the mission one may be hostile to you immediately.. not sure. The only other way is that you can't board mission ships - so at least you'll know if you made the right choice.. when you've wasted all that time :).
That mission would have made more sense as a "chase off or destroy" mission than just a "destroy" mission.

I finished this one finally. I lost count of how many ships I blew to pieces before I managed to finish it though. Someone needs to make a plug-in to fix this one.
