How do I get the Alien renegades to offer me missions in their string.

In the South Tip, there is no alien Renegade mission string. In the North Tip, go to Hizdriar and kill Militia ships so that they consider you an Offender, or worse. Then land and go to the bar. I think you just have to have done the diplomatic relations missions with the Miranu first :).
MartiNZ is correct. Also, you cannot have done any Zachit missions. :frown:
For the human renegades, get an offender or worse rating at Iothe, then go to the bar.

I thought you could have done the Zachit missions first - I mean none of the important systems are affected by them as the NT renegade missions don't involve The Rock. And I'm sure someone said a while back that they did the Zachit missions and then the NT renegade ones, but you just can't do it the other way around because then you've destroyed Outpost Zachit :).
