I think people are still getting used to the new web boards. Remember that with 4 web boards, the posts will be a bit spread out. Most of the spam/off topic posts are in the EV banter & brawl web board.

I suppose it may be significant that the summer vacation has started for a lot of students. Maybe they don't have internet access at home? Also, there are other games to play, other universes to conquer... EV:O is, uh, getting a little old now. There's lots of activity at the EV:N web board now that the beta testing phase has begun.
