It's been a fair while since I last played EVO (I think it was shortly before 1.0.2 came out), but I recently found out that EVO is one of the few games I have which runs well under Classic in OS X. So, I've started playing it again.
I went on to the Add-Ons page to find some new plug-ins, only to find that the highest-rated and most-downloaded ones are the same ones which I played way back when - FH, FF, Reign of the Voinians, and the like. Surely there have been some new, good plugs since then - but where are they?
Bomb - I look forward to F-25 2.0. Stop screwing up the uploads already!
Incidentally, have some plugs been removed from the add-ons, or has the organization been changed? What happened to plugs like QuickJump and LightningJump?

Reign of the UE is one....ROTV 2 if you haven't played it.
As far as I know, every plug ever in the archives is still there. Its just that the add-on archive is now considerably larger since the last time you were around....you just have to look very early on in the archives.
Ah yes. Quantumire SE is under development by Meowx. Although I don't believe that's out yet, you can get a feel for it right now by downloading Quantumre SE: Arena. If its not in the archives, try Meowx's site.

I'm making a medium-sized plug (60-70 missions, 8-10 new ships, >20 new outfits, 22-28 new systems; I don't feel like counting them) about a fourth strand race, the Dargiza, just recently accessable by a forgotten hyperspace link from Kade, but it won't be out for at least a month, probably more.
Also, I think F-25 2 is un-screwed-up now.

Quick Jump and Lightning Jump are ethier under the Plug-in or Cheat section. I know I've seen em before...

It's a plug-in that allows you to go beyond the crescent and help the strands fight off a powerful empire known as the Lismar. Still in testing phases I believe, but it is apparently complete.
