Is there a mission after the Igazdra plasma siphon ones and the Hinwar capture wherever.also,I vaguely remember puting a spolsman or something on Emalgia for tdhe UE for allience.What do you do after that.

There are three core mission sets: Destabilising the strand war (you have chosen to work for the Igadzra) Exploring the nebulae at the north and south fringes of known space Taking part in the Voinian conflict (you have chosen to work for the UE)
Each mission set ends with a emssage telling you that you've completed one of Override's central objectives. It would seem that you still have at least one whole mission set to do, and perhap(s various small mission strings such as driving the renegades away from The Rock and Huron, and perhaps something to do with setting up a ski resort in Miranu space.
I suggest you spend more time with the Miranu.

Can you tell us if you actually did those respective central objectives or not?

There are no Igadzra missions after the plasma siphon one.
After you liberate the Himwar, Himwar, Emalgha, and UE missions are limited to planetary defense (defending the planets from attacking Voinian fleets).

i finished everything but it only said the central objective thing at the nebulas.and what about the person on Emalgia.

If you've only got the Plasma Siphon there are more Igadzra missions. They end with a large attack on Outpost Terapin and a few uninhabited planets being destroyed. If you haven't had those things just keep hanging around Igadzra bars.
About the Emalgha - you first need to defend them from the Voinians a few times, as they ask in the bar.. then when they like you enough that they let you land on Gurado in their system, you'll get the next mission.. but actually you have to have done those in order to do the Hinwar missions. If it hasn't said central objective you haven't finished those. Did you drop of the Hinwar guy and it said now you have to think where you can get the troops you need...?
