Well,if your lucky,there may be a freak renegade attack in a Miranu system.Other then that,all you can do is get a shipping mission to the Miranu homeworld,go to the bar, and try to get the Miranu mission string.

It would probably be best to get a Zachit: Termination mission and then run down to Miranu space... while the mission is active you'll be followed by a small renegade contingent and you can destroy them right in front of the Miranu's noses! That should show them you're not so bad... :).

Go to Himgro and see if you can pick up the missions to cure the plague on New Calcutta. This should improve your status with both the Miranu and the UE.
