ALIEN: You may use the Betasegment Armor made by the emalgha for the Corocians at the Battle of Cthlus. It has not been used on Corocian models yet but your worlds will soon recieved shipments of it along with Emalghan engineers. This armor does not reflect, but it dents in rather than trying to maintain shape. After a while with concentrated burst this area can be punctured, but the armor has proved quite effective in large battles.

21, after his diplomatic mission, returns to the Hinwar.
"Alien, against what I expected, I was able to talk some sense into the Adzari, and they have promised never to attakc the Miran, and told me to offer you thier sincere apoligies. Nevertheless, I'm beginning to wonder about thier intentions, allying with the Ramas and all. From the little i know about this trublent universe, the Ramans have a tendency to conqure certian races. I'm starting to wonder if we have sided with another imperial empire. I would like to form an alliance with you, but I have to re-think my position. If I do decide to leave the Adzari, I would not be the traitor - they would be for switching sides."
Now back to the Artaian Empire.
Jutis arrives at Xanu, the capital(I think) of the Raman Empire. The security guard meets him at the gate.
"State your name, government, and prupose for coming here." "My name is Jutis, and I am representing the Artaian Empire. I come here to speak with your emperor." "I'm afraid I can't allow you to do that. You may dock here but..."
Jutis stares right into the guards eyes, a fiery glow in his eyes. The guard finds he can't speak or control his body.
"You will tell me where your Emperor is."
The guard, barley able to talk, insturcts Jutis to the Emperor's palace, and falls over. Juits leaves a note on his body.
"Don't worry about him, he'll snap out of it in a few hours"

And then, as Jutis walks through the corridors, he thinks about a rumor about some weird alien that appeared on Rama's warship a while ago, vaporizing several guards. As Jutis prepares to open the door to Rama's breifing room, suddenly, a tenticle grabs him from behind! Jutis struggles and screams for help. Then, two more tenticles come out of nowhere and grab both his arms, imobilizing him. Suddenly, three Raman guards come running down the corridor and stop in their tracks, looking at whoever or whatever was grabbing Jutis. Then, the door to Rama's breifing room opens and Lonevoinian, Carnotaur, and Rama step out, and also stop dead in their tracks.
"You!" Rama exclaims.
Jutis is just able to turn around and see his attacker. It is the most ugliest and hideous thing he ever saw. It had an elongated head with 6 tenticles coming out of the back. It was 10 feet tall, and it looks like it was all muscle.
"Your an Agzarai (NOTE: It is an Agzarai, not Azdgari! Two totally different races!)!! I'v heard of you before! You sent Rama a message!" Carnotaur exlcaims, pointing at the evil looking creature.
Jutis then gets an idea and then stares into the Agzarai's eyes, the same fiery look in his eyes. But nothing happens. It has no affect on the Agzarai. As Jutis continues to struggle, Rama tells him to let Jutis go. The Agzarai releases his grip.
"Now, lets start from the beginning. Agzarai, why are you here?"
"To look at your empires. To inspect you. My Igzaerah friends wanted me to look around and tell them about this. They are a little hard pressed for time so I had to come. My second reason for being here is to get a reply from you, about becoming allies."
"Okay, um, what's your name?" Carnotaur asks.
"Veyer Revsan," he replies.
Then Rama turns toward Jutis who is still a little shakey. "Now, why are YOU here?"
Rama says to Judis, "it was unwise for you to come here." Upon saying this Rama takes an energy blade and forces it into Judis's body. He pulls upward and effectively splits the top of the body in two. The bloody mess drops to the floor at Rama's feet. "Guards take this quivering lump of flesh away. It disgusts me. As for you Azgarai, I reject your proposal for an alliance. I know nothing about you, now leave before you share the same fate as Judis. The Azgarai reluctantly returns to his ship escorted by guards. He has learned all he needs to know not to get involved.

To Rama: You have just underestimated Agzarai intellegence and their personality. Agzarai are violent, arrogant, and big and strong. They would not just go along without arguing and trying to persuade you.

Carnotaur then yells at the guards and they stop. Carnotaur goes over to Veyer and talks with him a while. After a while, Carnotaur comes back to Rama. "Veyer says that he will transmit a data package sometime today which includes some information on his people and the Igzaerah, and Zigrigar. He says to expect it as soon as he can get back through the wormhole that he came. But, Rama, you sure you want to make him go?"
He may stay but he must wear a psychic harness and have an armed escort.
'Scuse me, Carnotaur, I'm not on Rama's planet. I'm still on my homeworld. I didn't go myself because I didn't know if the Mesh device would work. Wouldn't be cool to die before even making contact with the Rama. Anyway...
Fade In "That good? After this little time?" said the diplomat/pilot. "Yes. Amazing design. Never would have thought of it myself." Said I, Lonevoinian. "What does it do again? I forgot." "It doesn't do anything. It just is a bit of pure heat energy that you shoot at something. It is very damaging to any kind of armor we have tested it against. And the great thing is it vaporizes the metal before hitting so no impact sensors are triggerd. The downside is that it is almost useless against shields of any kind due to the fact that there is no impact." "Well," Said the diplomat/pilot. "Maybe we can send a large number of these pulses through a Mesh and create some impact. Maybe send a laser or four in with them." "Yes. That is a good idea. I'll get the relativity labs working on a way to do that. Commander out." I turned off my screen while I tuned into the lab's comunication frequency. "ThisistheCommanderandyoushouldstartworkingonawaytosendweaponsenergythroughtheMesh." Now, normaly I would have said This is the Commander and you should start working on a way to send weapons energy through the Mesh, but due to the effects of relativity I have to speak much faster if I want to be understood at the lab. But the crew of the lab has to speak much slower then normal to be understood. Relativity also lets technology be discoverd at a much faster rate then it would be on our home planet. And that is the "Interesting Tidbit from my Culture" for today. Tune next time to learn how to keep a meal hot longer.
But Agzarai are invulnerable to all phychic devices and weapons. Their brains are too complex and sophisticated.

As for my intentions, I am uniting the old enemies of the Voinians. As for me, you can find me in Corocian space." Alien says, bows, and walks out, ducking through the door way.
An Hinwar Cruiser, an old Voinian Cruiser now outfitted to the new standards, lifts off with 6 Hinwar frigate escorts and heads for Saalia..
Once in the system, Alien orders an all stop and opens a channel..
"Greetings Corocians, I am Alien Stonewall of the Gaurdian Alliance, and I come on a mission of peace. I ask of the whereabouts of the Humans that inhabited this area during the Voinians fall."
Oh yes, and all Hinwar space and Miranu space has now become the 'Gaurdian Alliance' goverment. Just so we don't have to remember what goverments are allied.
Carno, A psychic harness is a collar the activates when tampered with or when its wearer becomes hostile. It dampens the mind brainwaves to turn its wearer into a kind of mindless zombie activated. The mare complex the mind the better it works. Very simple minds like fuz minds are unaffected because they already are pratically mindless. Rama: "Carno, ask the Agzarai how he would benefit from an alliance. They seem to have no enemies, why would they travel to the Milky Way to make enemies. Also, I am surprised that they are at piece in Andromeda, the seem arragant and ruthless. --------- Map update soon.

I am leaving for vacation so I won't be able to post very much. I give Carno absolute control of the 100 Raman cruisers that are already in his space. None of them have hyper mesh technology.
To Alien: The Agzarai, please pronounce it right, and the Azdgari are not related in the slightest bit. Only there names are similar.
To Rama: The Agzarai's mind is like nothing you have ever seen before. The phychic harness would not harm them.

Before Carnotaur can respond to Rama's question, Veyer speaks. "Peace? What peace? We know nothing of peace! We are warriors! Right now we are at war with the Rokiens, the Darkarrains, and their allies. We conquer! It appears that you want to conquer and destroy, and that's what we do best. Although we are busy, if we ever have any extra ships, we will send them too you. If you have any extra ships, send them to us. Don't worry, your technology is good enough to stand up against the Darkarrians, but not the Rokiens. The Igzaerah can bring ships back and forth. That's how I got here. My warship, which is still cloaked hovering above your planet (don't worry Rama) was brought here through an artificially made wormhole, created by the Igzaerah."

In the meantime, the Azdgari offensive against the Zidagar and Igadzra continues. Azdgari warships quickly surround Pozdag, Neeg, Twyus, and Vastan, quickly eliminating the Zidagar defense fleets there. Soon, Azdgari troops land on the planets, and warships in space begin orbital bombardment. Soon, the Zidagar have been defeated. They are the first to fall under Azdgari rule.
Meanwhile, the attack on the Igadzra has just begun. Azdgari forces attack and surround Ersadt, Innirian, Threefrog, and Notil. After capturing these, the Azdgari test out their new weapon, the turret disruptor beam, on the Igadzra in Ragni, Nujja, Afen, Sumer, Iothe, and Hrinix. Finally, after defeating the Igadzra everywhere, the Azdgari attack Igadzra itself. The Igadzra, battle weary, surrender without bloodshed. The Azdgari occupy Igadzra, bringing the Igadzra under Azdgari rule.
During this time, Azdgari forces have also annexed Tibidat and Groned, and set up three new bases in DSN-2131 and DSN-3587 and Namer. After these attacks, Carnotaur begins to fortify his borders to make sure that any Corocian attack is repelled. All border ships will be on 24 hour alert status. Meanwhile, the 100 Raman Cruisers that Carnotaur gets are spread out along the Corocian/Azdgari border.
I'll also take charge of the map updating.
Expect a sketch of the Agzarai very soon, positively today. Also expect a map update.
Also, Rooster, can you give me the specs of a Corocian cruiser in EV-Edit scales. Also include its weapons and how strong they are. E-mail me the stats. I'm working on a little plug to compare our warships (don't worry, I will NOT be publishing it at all).

During the Azdgari's expansion, three Azdgari warships, lead by Captain Scorcher, go to the North Tip and start to explore the North Tip Asteroid belt more thoroughly.
The Kenientai:
21 to Alien: "I seem to agree with you. The Adzari may have taken us in, but if they have turned to conquring weaker races, that is unacceptable for my race. I will go evacuate my colony on Lontri. I will set up new colonies in the Orbon and Vorik systems."
21 arrrives at New Keniat, Lontri, and addresses the colony.
"My fellow Kenienati, the Adzari has left the Defenders of the Milky Way and joined the Raman Alliance. I am afraid that we can't accept that. If we stay allied with them, then we would be helping them conqure the Miran, the Voinians, the Humans, the Hinwar, and the Emalgha. That would make us no better than the Artaian Empire. We must leave this world at once."
"But what about our debt to the adzari? If it wasn't for them, those Artaian ships would have surely destroyed us. We can't betray them?" Everyone looks to see who this person is, only to see that it's Hunter2, 21's brother.
"They were the ones who betrayed us when they Joined the Raman alliance. I hope all of you know that the Emperor of the Artaian Empire himself went to the Raman Empire to purpose an alliance."
"I will not betray the Adzari. Are any of you with me?"Hunter2 yells. He is awnsered with equally loud cries of approval and disapproval.
"If you are with me, then we must leave this place. There are some miran freightors waiting to evacuate you to some new colonies near our new ally, the Hinwar. I believe that they will defend us until we have ample resources to do so ourseves."
The Kenientai rush onto the freightors and the Besserk, which take off. Meanwhile, Hunter2 goes and contacts the adzari and tells them of the event. "Thank you for informing us," says an Adzari Captin, "We will take it from here."
As the freightors are leaving, a Adzari patrol jumps in and hails the Besserk. "Surrender immeadiatly and you and you're fellow traitors will have a quick, painless death."
21 responds. "We are not the traitors here. You are the ones who joined the Raman alliance. You are the traitors. My brother and his followers are the traitors. But we are not the traitors here. If you attack the Miran freightors, then you will only be proving me right, after saying that you would never attack the Miran again."
21 jumps out of the system, to meet the Freihgotrs back on his new colony, New New Keniat, in the Orbron system.
The Keniantai who stayed allied with the Adzari are the Neo-Keniantai. I will retain controle of them up to someone new wants to join and control them. But I will still retain control of Hunter2, for reasons that I can't reveal at the moment.
Meanwhile, the Artaian Empire hails the Raman Empire:
"Jutis was merely a figurehead for our centeral intelligence. You have made a big mistake. The moment you killed him, every Artaian knew about it. We have indivifuals, but our minds are all connected*. And we will have our revenge."
Then to the Corotian Empire:
"We will join you're alliance on one condition: We can't allow the Kenientai to live. They know too much, and we have already slaughtered all of the Kenienati slaves that we had. There are one of 2 ways we can get them. We can become allies and take them out togather, of we can take them out ourselves - and anyone who stands in our way."
*The Artaian have mastered thier brains, and a computer chip is implanted into evert Artaian's brain at birth, linking him to every other Artaian, giving them tremendous advantages in battle, research, and any other things that require cooperation.
