This is were the Silver Fleet stands. The fleet is currently neutral and now defends the wealthy Trader Rebublic. It is a pieceful government of many races. If they are attacked I will be forced to retaliate.

MODERATION: If you still mean the Ancara, even if you could contact them i doubt they would ally with you. Besides, they don't have any crystal left, much less to bring a warfleet through. As for Lonevoinian's nation, it may stay as a startup, since you claim it will not strongly effect the area. It may begin building a navy and colonizing planets. There will however be no more talk of this huge warship minutes after this nation was created. This is FINAL moderation, please do not waste everybodies time by continually disputing the priorly noted rules.
If someone could provide another layout of the current nations, seperating startups from powerful nations, i think everybody would appreciate it.

A spaceport's closed dock suddenly opens next to the enemy fleet...
it appears to be a normal Voinian Frigate, except for it's brown with red streaks color instead of grey and purple.. It opens fire with some unusual turrents, which seem to be modified neutron turrents..
"Sir!!" Cries an officer of the enemy fleet.. "I have a scan of their armor!!! It's some odd material that the Miranu have created combined with some anchient metal.. The Miranu material seems to be very flexible, and it will return to it's origional shape instantly if it has something to... how do I say.. bounce back on?? It is 'bouncing back' on this odd anchient material!!! OUR SHOTS ARE LITERALY BOUNCING OFF THEIR HULLS!!!! IT HASN'T EVEN RAISED IT'S SHIELDS YET!!!"
"Molo Armor..." Alien says as he watches... "Triple layer.. Dourl material on the outside, a core of Brontov from Voinians for it to shape it's self, and another layer of Dourl on the inside to back up the brontov... it's been invincible to everything we've used so far..."
"Sir Stonewall! We have shield-" "Leave them off." "- whaa?" "We should not reveal the full extent of our power yet.. and look, 21, your enemies are retreating.."
Sure enough, helpless against the armored ship, the enemy fleet is retreating, only to be cut down as they try to jump... only the flagship remains..
"Halt, hail that vessal." "Yes sir!"
"Enemy vessal, hear me, I am Alien Stonewall of the Hinwar and Miranu worlds. The vessal you see, yes, the one that has you with your tail in between your legs... There are approxiamtely forty more.. in production right now throughout our space.. This one is only a prototype. And now, by attacking a race and putting them through the same that the Vionians did to us, you have made two more enemies today..." Alien says, appearing over the com screen... god why are Hinwar so scary when they do that?
Alien turns back to 21.. "You have your peace, sanctuary, our protection, and all the supplies you need if you will share your technology with us. I belive we can replace our frontal beams with yours and use your armor techniques on ours."
"Soon the Gaurdians shall rise and protect all."
"Now come, 21, I need a meeting with the Elmalgha.. Or who ever they may be..." Alien says, as he hands a outline of 'stuff'.. things to do while he's gone... to the miranu and takes 21 to the port. The new vessal sits with it's engines humming while crews repair and finish it...
"So tell me, what were those colonies that he spoke of? Do more of your kind need liberating?"
21 and Alien discuss it on the way to Kelmaon..
Once there, Alien stops the vessal the second it enters the system..
"Greetings, I am Alien Stonewall, I come here to ask of the Elmalgha that once fought against the Voinians along side us.. Where is their leader?"

I never said it was a warship. I said it was the size of a Voinian Dreadnaught. Size doesn't make something something. A car is about the size of a nuclear warhead. Does that mean it can wipe out cities in seconds? I had it that big because, as I said in an earlyer post, my race's system is surrounded by black holes that make hypertravel impossible so they had to develop a new system that rips a bunch of molicule sized holes is space that the ship goes through. This system needs a lot of space to make precisely sized holes so that the ship isn't destroyed. The most the one ship has in the way of weapons is a few small lasers.

And may we have some of your weapons and ships to build and better? Also I see an error in your starcharts. All of my race's possetions arw 1 world with black holes around it. You have an Empire with many, many, planets in your charts. I ask that you correct it so you do not over estimate what we can give. Or are these planets for us to colonize and expand? To Rooster: The Azdgari, Izgari, Agzarai, Igzaerah, and Zigrigar are my only races that I control. The Izgari are relatively new and consontrate mostly on science. They do not exactly like to fight, but they will back the Azdgari against the Corocians.
As for my other new races, they are NOT alertnate strands as you called them. They are three totally different races that just have similar names.
But as for what you said about them being only historical, then that defeats their entire purpose! I brought them in so that the Azdgari and Ramans would stand a chance! Besides, the Zigrigar and Agzarai would be the only ones attacking you, and the Zidagar are only about as good as the Azdgari. The Igzaerah are much more peaceful and the Agzarai can't send lots of ships. They are in a war with the Rokeners (other alien race in their own galaxy), and besides, they still live in the Andromeda galaxy. They just wanted to know if we wanted to be their friends. (Oh, and they were able to send one ship into our galaxy using the Igzaerah's wormhole creating technology. I want to use the Zigrigar and Agzarai against the Corocians, but I won't use them too much.

Meanwhile, Azdgari and Izgari scientists on Rizgarik developed Quantum Singularity Generators and Quantum Singularity Phasers. Quantum Singularity Generators were much more effeciant than standard generators. They created a small Quantum Singularity which gave off emense amounts of energy. They produced 1000 terravolts per second, while shields at full power only needed 350 terravolts per second. With this technology, the Azdgari can keep their shields active 24 hours a day, and at full power. This would also allow for quicker shield regeneration.
Quantum Singularity Phasers used Quantum Singularity Generator technology. By using the generator technology, the Azdgari were able to develope phasers (beams) that fired massive amounts of energy at a target.

As soon as the Azdgari heard the Corocians declare war...
They began...
Azdgari warships from all over Azdgari space immediately started attacking anyone who was near them. The Azdgari on the main Azdgari border immediately started to attack Zidagar and Igadzra space, taking them by surprise and easily winning some critical battles. Azdgari forces near Outpost Zachit attacked Miranu convoys and the Miranu militia, but the Mirans were easily outgunned. The Azdgari were easily able to quickly win almost all the battles, and soon they started to attack Miranu planets, which stood no chance. Meanwhile, Azdgari warships in the Stror system attacked the Zidagar and Igadzra, taking them by surprise. The Zidagar didn't expect an attack from there. Azdgari forces in the Proxima Nebula geared up and then attacked Igadzra forces near there. Azdgari forces all throughout the South Tip immediately attacked the Igadzra and wrestled control of several systems away from them easily. The Azdgari in Aluzair then attack Ursla and Sumer, quickly taking control of them. The war was on...

I siad that I would control the Artaian Empire, but if LoneVoinian's race is revoked, then he can control it. Otherwise, I would like to retain control of it if possible.
Meanwhile, as 21 and Alien wait for the leader of the Emalgha, 21 and Alien give each other a more detailed past of their species. Alien told 21 how the Hinwar were enslaved for several years, before being liberated by the UE, a deciest resistance force of the Humans, a target race for the voinians, but the voinians ahd finally meet their match. 21 tells Alien about his race's past. The Kenientai were a young race that had just gotten hyperspace-traveling capabilities. They soon found the Contialus, another race in a very similar position. They started to explore the galaxy togather. But the first race they found was the Artaian Empire, which then turned on them for no apparent reason, and conqured and enslaved both races. With thier primitive technology, the Artaian Empire conqured both races within a week. The Kenientai's home planet was Keniat, and the Contailus Contat. They had shared colonies in the Yity, Tuina, and Xtiny systems. After we got here, the Adzari took us in for a short while. We set up colonies in Tilp, Tenius, and Naius. The Adzari gave us a colony in Lontri. The Aritaian Empire doesn't know about our colony in Lontry yet, but they captured all of our other colonies, which lacked the resources to defend themsleves yet. However, with your armor technologies and our weapons, some of which are yet to be reverse-engineered, we could possibly become one of the most powerfull alliances in the Universe.
Meanwhile, back at Artia, the homeworld of the Artian Empire...
Emperor Juati is sitting around in the Imperial Palac, when he has an incoming message. "Sir, you're presence is requested immeadiatly at mission control." "I'll be there is 10 minutes"
10 Minutes later
"What is it?" "Sir, it appears that we have lost contact with our task force. We are tring to locate them. From the last transmition they sent us, the Kenientai are tring to from an alliance with some freed slave race called the "Hinwar". We also learned that the Kenientai have captured many of our technologies, which, combined with the hinwar technologies, could be devastating to our Empire." Juati considers for a moment. "We can't let this alliance fall through. Get me an Executive Transport*, I need to go on a diplomatic mission..."
*An Executive transport is a ship designed to transport important people safely, far away, and fast. While they are almost impossible to kill, they have no room for weapons, so they can't fight back, they just run away.

UE Patriot, upon hearing of the outbreak of war, quickly sets his fleet to cloak and slipstreams it to the Azdgari system, where it quickly wipes out the defense fleet there and takes control of all systems. Soon, Azdgari ships hyper in from all of Azdgari space to fight Patriot's Corocian fleet. In the massive, brutal, savage Battle of Azdgari, Patriot's fleet of 400 Corocian Cruisers loses 1/4th of it ships, but the Azdgari Empire loses 3/4ths of its entire military. By the week's end, the Corocians are in firm control of central Azdgari space and Corocan reinforcements quickly take control of Feviry. Bloodied and tired, but firmly on guard, UE Patriot then sends a message to the Artaian Empire:
"Attention Artaian Empire. I am UE Patriot of the Corocians. We are currently fighting a war agianst the bloodthirsty Ramans and Azdgari. They have attacked our worlds; your worlds may be next. My fleet has just defeated 3/4th of the Azdgari fleet; together we can finish the war. We will not betray you. Please respond."
Patriot then hails Silverfleet: Attention Silverfleet- we need your help."

Hold on there Carno, the Miranu ain't what they used to be...
Hinwar frigates quickly counter the Azzies attacks... It soon boils down to a standstill, with the Azdgari's shields holding against the Hinwar's turrents, and the Hinwar's armor holding against the Azdgari... The new weapons were no match for the Hinwar armor, which acted like a distorted mirror and disrupted the beams... The Hinwar resorted to ramming, and the Azdgari were pushed back... Minimal losses on both sides...
The Hinwar laborers worked tirelessly, the Voinians brutal treatment had made their bodies durable.. and now that they were building ships for themselves, their production was nearly tripled... Even the advanced machinery of the Miranu couldn't keep up with these energitic people.
Alien slowly walks in to 21's room..... "I believe you said that your race has allied with the Azdgari correct?? They have begun to attack Miranu worlds... and soon we shall counter. I'm sorry, but with your allies agression against us, our peace negotiations have become null. We will not hold you prisoner.. but you will not be able to return. You are free through out Miranu space, but you must remain there until this is settled... Once again, I apologize for this.... perhaps ou could speak sense into them?"
Also, I am curious, who is the red north of Miranu worlds? I can't tell if they are renegades or Silver Fleet...
To UE Patriot: Hold on! There is no way you can just hyper in and blast away 3/4 of my empire! The Azdgari can't fall that easy!
To Rooster: I think you need to do some moderating. The Hinwar's reflective armor is too good, and UE Patriot's act of taking over the Azdgari system and killing over half my navy is way off.

Actually, I was on the Azdgari-Rama border, ready to attack the Ramans when the time came. Then I heard how the Azdgari sided with the Ramans and attacked the Corocians. So I hypered my fleet from the border to the Azdgari homeworld- a short distance, relatively speaking. So it was a surprise attack, not a magic "fleet comes out of thin air and desrtroys homeworld" kind of thing. Look at the map- it's a short distance.
P.S. If you just stop fighting us, we could be powerful allies.
"I had no idea that the Adzari would attack the Miran unprovoked. I will take my ship, the Besserk, right to the Adzari homeworld, and they better have a damn good reason for attacking the Miran. Otherwise, thier alliance with teh Kenientai is finished." said 21
21 heads back to the Adzari homeworlds, and not risking landing, hailed the Adzari and demanded an explanation for thier attack on the Miran.
Meanwhile, Juia recieves a hail for his empire
He considers how this would work with his master plan. Then he responds: "I'd like to talk to the Ramans first, to see if they had a reason to attack you."
His Executive Transport heads for the Raman Empire.
On Carrak: "Sir, we just recived two transmissions. One from some of our races ships that have come out of the Black Ring andtold us they have a device that can project the Mesh field onto another ship." "Good. We can use that as a weapon. Ask them to send over the specs for it. What was the other transmission about?" "A race called the 'Azdgari' has hailed us and the Rama and asked for our help in destroying some race called the 'Corocians'. I sugesst we help them so maybe we can recive some technologys to help us become more powerful." "We will. Tell the ships to help us attack these 'Corocians'." "Very well sir." "One more thing, alert G'st'ah'ryh'ht of this new threat. Tell them to start using relativity labs and start devoloping new weapons." "Yes sir."

Lonevoinian, the alliance is settled then. Thankyou for the technology. I have given you Carrack and RS-683. I will also provide many resources for you. I am working on a super transpory frigate. It will be big enough to carry an entire fleet through a hypermesh. I am also researching this mesh and it seems that its power supply is very inefficient. By using a quantum generator its range can be increased to around 5 systems. I have given your scientist access to the quantum generator and our other technology. ---------- Patriot. You are a new race in a new galaxy, you have almost no planets. it would be impossible for you to defeat the Agdzari who are an entire empire with many planets that has been here many years. An enhanced Raman fighter made its way to Gualon. It was one of the few equiped with a powerful psychic mask. It swiftly landed and outstepped Rama. He flexed his powerful muscles as he breathed the fresh air. "So this is the homeworld of my enemy" he thought. Rama was in a neural amplifier suit and was unseen as he ventured into the Hinwar research base. No guards even blinked as he walk past. When deep inside the base Rama layed about the task of taking down the security. A small virus changed all the security parameters and Rama carefully stepped into the maximum security area. The only people in there were top scientist and many colums of data banks. Rama walked up to the nearest scientist and tapped him on the forhead. The scientist went up to the nearest terminal and began copying the plans for a new kind of armor. Rama waited impatiently as he checked his suits power. Only 5% 10 more minutes. Rama unsheathed his Quantum blaster and energy sword. He would have to fight his way out as soon as he got the plans.

To Rama: You forgot that I wiped out the Renegades in the Yelts, Rimor, and Akreyhek systems. Cool map though! Very nice!

Meanwhile, the Azdgari offensive continues, but on a limited scale. The Azdgari need to fortify their borders. The Azdgari attack Groned, Tibidat, Hrinix, Sumer, Iothe, Afen, Threefrog, Vastan, Notil, and Pozdag. Carnotaur tells Rama that these were merely done in an effort to fortify their borders for the upcoming Corocian attack which he is sure will happen.

"You already did but you may ask another." "How many ships do we have and what are their positions?" "Why do you want to know?" "So I can send them the plans for the generator to enhance their Mesh field." "They are all in a belt around the black hole ring. All of them are 900,000 Kilometers away from the ring." "Thank you sir. I will send the plans right away. How are the relativity labs doing?" "10,000 kilometers and almost have a breakthrough in weaponry." "That is much faster then normal." "We have made a system to keep it closer without having it go in. Much more efficient." "Yes, very. I will meet you when you get here. How long will you take?" "Less then five hours." "Yes sir. I will make preperations." "You are dismessed." The transmission console swiched off. "Make ready the coloneys for the Commanders arrivel." The diplomat/captin said to a bridge assistent. "Yes sir."

MODERATION: Patriot, i'm not sure if you are commandeering Corocian forces (of which there are only 132 cruisers in commission) or not because i gave no command for attack. Corocian High Cruisers are the only warships fitted with slipstream. Rama/Lonevoinian, make sure you allow plently of time to install these mesh things on your ships. Your on the very edge of having too much tech, but your ok for now.
CONTINUATION: Rooster had been visiting Hinwar to investigate this new armor as well. He was walking through the bays and got psionic energy on his scanner. Guide: "....this being a state of the art facility we--" Rooster: "Wait." Rooster had only faint proximity readings, so he was confused as to their origin. He looked around and then he straightened. Rooster: "Karvin, get down!" The small hinwar scientist fell to the ground and Rooster fired multiply photon charges at the room. The dense glass around the area warped to accomodate the blast's movements and one hit the phase grid around Rama. The already weak grid fell and Rama returned fire. Rooster was hit and flew backwards. The other guards, 8 hinwar officers, came in and opened fire on Rama. His warsuit was hit several times before he could get out, without the plans. Rooster: "I want psionic detectors everywhere around Corocian facilities, now! Broadcast subspace!" Rooster was taken to the med ward with a moderate wound to the ribcage. Once ready, he would return to the Zodiac...
