"Sir! I just got a report from our ship general, and, for some miraculous reason, the report says that we have enough ships to take over Qerid!"

"Excellent! Prepare the fleet for battle!"

"Yes sir!"

He runs off.

Long live the Rebellion!

daedalus, your map is wrong. The Rogue have taken over Zeldair. And they built a station in the DSN-1770 system, not DSN-1213. And one more thing, Carno was going to post a map.

-Nova6

------------------
Long live the Rebellion!

If the purple line is the slipbarrier, it's way off. The east point should also cut off Izgari space and Azdgari starting after Rizgarik, and the north point should cut off Rogue space. There are no independent systems. The southern ones are Corocian and until my posts so are the trader alliance systems. There are many other mistakes but i'm sure Carno knows them.

CONTINUATION: Rooster: "I'm prepared to provide you with jurisdiction over several northern corocian systems, but not the trader alliance. I believe the silverfleet to be a better governing council."

(I will allow you these systems after i see the revised map)

Rooster proceeded in the Zodiac to meet a Corocian Battlefleet of 125 warships in Zeldair, where they assembled to take the system.

Here is the totally new and completely correct map update: (url="http://"http://www.pautsch.com/games/graphics/lbs2map.gif")http://www.pautsch.c...ics/lbs2map.gif(/url)

Those big wormholes that appear on the map are the Agzarai's three main wormholes. They are constantly activated by the Igadzra, but actually only open when ships come through. They are more stable than normal wormholes that the Agzarai use to pop up anywhere, but are still limited somewhat by the slipstream barrier (the thick blue line).

To Daedalus: First of all, I'm sorry about some of my actions lately. I'll be more careful and considerate in my posting in the future.

Also, about the Agzarai "Suddenly getting another enemy, this is the answer; The Agzarai have made many enemies in their galaxy. And since their galaxy has at least fifty times as many races that we have, they get new enemies each day. Here is a list:

1-Argonan Imperial - Technilogically advanced, but still rather crude and simple, very large territory
2-Zaviikan - Large, but technilogically simple and very crude, highly violent
3-Bonarraii Alliance - Small territory of allied worlds, close knit defense force, defensive, not offensive
4-Hozowan - Large group of raiders, like pirates, raid Agzarai worlds quickly, grab loot and then leave before reinforcements arrive, pestering Agzarai and allies
5-Takian - Advanced, non-confrontational, good at raiding, good at hit and run tactics, medium amount of territory
6-Ruccannan Empire - Technilogically advanced, extremely violent, very bad temper, sometimes crude but still dangerous, very smart, very good tactical mind, arrogant, not very ignorant
7-Ah’saann Empire - Medium in technology, competetent, highly ignorant and exponentially arrogant, rude, big egos

Third, the Agzarai cannot just bring in huge amounts of reinforcements. Because of the slipstream barrier, they can only bring in 20 ships through one of the main wormholes, and only 15 through the smaller ones. Also, most of the ships that they bring into this galaxy are fighters and interceptors that are used in defense fleets. They actually only have 350,000 warships in the Milky Way, and that includes every single ship besides fighters and interceptors. They also have a problem brining in ships because of all their enemies.

-------------

Meanwhile, on Azdgari...

Scorcher: "Carnotaur, we have a problem. We cannot defend Muid. The Agzarai will capture it tomarrow if we don't do something! We cannot defend it well enough because of their large offensive which is going on right now! We have already lost several planets!"

Carnotaur: "Don't worry Scorcher, I have an idea. I have been working on a new type of mine along with Izgari scientists. It is called the Neutronium Energy Mine, the Agzarai have something similar, and it is self replicating. If one of them is destroyed or deactivated, a new one will take its place. We will mine the Muid system with dozens of these mines. We will even put some special ones in the atmosphere. Then, we will set up some automated defenses on Muid itself, and then abandon the system. The Agzarai can't use it, and we don't have to defend it."

By the next day, the Muid system has been mined and Carnotaur has abandoned the planet.

Hey Rooster, here's a question: What can go through the Slipstream barrier? Only slipstream? I'm not entirely sure. Also, the way I layed out the Slipstream barrier is correct. The galaxy is extremely huge, and if this slipstream barrier encompasses the entire milky way, then my mapping of it is correct. However, if it DOESN'T encompass the entire Milky Way, well, then I'll change the map very quickly.

P.S. What fleet? Take over what system? Zeldair is a Rogue system, by the way.

Here's yet another question: Who will control the Artaian Empire? The Agzarai are wiping them out and no one is defending them.

Your map is far from correct. Consult the data on the slipbarrier i presented to Daedalus. The Ancara reside in the area between Izgari and Rogue space, as was said many times in the original LBS. The Agzarai may have the area they hold northeast of Izgari space. Only subspace travel such as slipstream and wormholes go through the barrier. The slipstream encompasses the area i told Daedalus, nothing more. Whoever controlled the Keninati controls Artaia. I am attacking Zeldair and returning it to Corocian rule.

Nice map Carno, just don't forget to get rid of the two black holes. They were exploded. Thanks for officially stating that stuff on the Agzarai.

It is very stupid to attack Zeldair. Zeldair is one of the Rogue's main shipyard facilities. And the Rogue would find out that you are attacking them and build up more ships in that system. It would also affect your alliance with Carnotaur because I am his ally too. And besides, if you attacked Zeldair, then Rogue would attack it and take it over again.

Thanks Daedalus.

To Rooster: You still didn't answer my question: Does the slipstream encompass the entire Milky Way? Oh, and I geuss I'll change some of those Agzarai systems. However, with the Ancara so close to the Agzarai, they will be under heavy attack as well. Also, why put up the slipstream barrier if the Agzarai can still come through? Wasn't that the whole idea? Or was it just to keep the Ramans away?

Also, the Izgari wouldn't exactly like their own space being blocked off by that Slipstream Barrier. They still lack in Slipstream technology. They were content to live in their own space, and so never really developed very good engines. They mostly consontrate on sensor technologies and other stuff like that. Not Slipstream. So, you would be totally isolating some Izgari systems from the others. In fact, if I had known it, then I wouldn't have helped you do it.

P.S. Why attack Zeldair when you have the Agzarai threat? It's a very stupid move. Why not just wait until the war with the Agzarai is over and then ask for it back peacefully? If you attack the Rogue, then I will not like you. Neither will the Izgari.

Roostersw, I was just thinking. You say that I gave the Trader Republic to the corocians but I never did. I asked you to control the Silver Fleet for a while when I was away. The Trader Republic is still mine. Nothing in the story ever happened when I turned all of the Trader Republic over to the Corocians. It would be beyond my jurisdiction anyway because it is its own government.
----------
I think that Artaian Empire should be eliminated. It really serves no purpose unless we get someone else to join and control them. They can be the first to fall to the Agzarai.

The Ancara's high knowledge of slipstream allowed them to implement subspace disruption fields around their space. This does not include the opening at DSN-682 we made at the first incursion. At the time that area was designated silverfleet, and that is what i was going by. Carno, you can feel free to provide slipstream technology to the Izgari. The Rogue are allies of Rama and i can't have that risk. Nova, i don't think you understand just how powerful the Corocian Empire really is. I suggest we come to agreement quickly before my fleet attacks. More will come to their aid. The Rogue do not have enough resource allotments to produce a fleet capable of heavily threatening the Corocians. The Artaian empire may be removed from the map, it has expired. Keninati space will be Corocian until further notice as we were it's only ally.

Oasan Territory will expire to the Corocians at 10:00 PM CST tonight.

I'm going to church, don't do anything involving Corocian input (my fleet will do nothing until i return)

The Rogue are much more advanced than you with their disruptor beams. And with all the Rogue ships being sent to Zeldair, that would make the number of Rogue ships up to 125, there is only a slim chance that you will win.

I am only allied with Carno.

Yes they do.

More will come to their aid.

Not if the station is still there. The station in the Zeldair system has a hyperspace/slipstream inhibitor, which prevents any ship from entering the system (Except Rogue ships because the hyperspace/slipstream inhibitor does not effect their unusual engines). And the station is VERY well defened with over 25 turrets.

Don't worry. The Agzarai will utterly annihilate them, and then they will seal off the hyperspace links to their space, for eternity... Bwa ha ha ha ha!!

A wide band transmission spews threw the Milky Way: <We have destroyed the Artaians, now we will destroy YOU!! Muhahahaa!>
---------------
Rogue is sitting at his desk when who should appear before him but Rama.
Rama: Hello old friend, I hear things are not going to well for you. You wish to expand but your fleet only consists of 125 ships. In my own spiral arm of the Galaxy I have secured a good defense against the Agzarai. They can attack me for eternity and never break through. None of the races here possess that. I have grown bored, I want to finish what we started and cause the Agzarai to destroy the Agdzari empire and the Corocians. I was sealed off from your portion of the galaxy but I possess meshing devices which can transport my ships accross the rift. I am hear to help you, and Lonevoinian will probably help too. I have 400 brand new ships, tell me what system you want, and our combined forces can probably take it.

------------------
Belief in a cruel God makes a cruel man.

To Rama: Hold the Agzarai off forever? What you are experiencing now is just to keep you busy and to distract your fleet. Now that the Agzarai are finished with the Artaians, they will consontrate on every else, including you.

Also, the leader of the Rogue is Nova6.

----------------

Then, Carnotaur gets word from Scorcher; "The Agzarai overran the Artaian Empire. Every single Artaian is dead, except for some surviving ships which got away, and will wander the galaxy for years. As for the rest of the Artaian systems, they were abandoned by the Agzarai, and then, they sealed off the hyperspace links to those systems. Also, we lost Twyus to the Agzarai. However, we have been able to stabilize our defenses, and we are holding them off. Also, the Agzarai in the North Tip haven't made any move yet. Strange. They are giving the Silver Fleet a chance to regroup and reorganize."

The Artaian Empire is gone...

---------

In the Naogza system...

"Sir! Massive Agzarai battlefleet exiting slipstream! They're attacking! Ahhhhh..."

The Voinian Cruiser V.E.S. Hand of Borb disintigrated as fifty Plasma Beams collided with it. Within five minutes, every single Voinian in the Naogza system is dead, the small colony obliterated, and then, the Agzarai fleet cloaked...

---------

In the DSN-8395 system, as a Oasan Supply Convoy passes through...

"Agzarai fleet decloak..."

The Oasans never had a chance...

The Agzarai marauder fleet cloaked again, seeking for its next target...

---------

The destruction of the Oasans at DSN-8395 and Naogza, and the destruction of the Artaian Empire, were the first orders given by the new Agzarai emporer, newly declared leader of the Agzarai.

This Agzarai is feared by all who oppose him. He has conquered 23 races to date. With a brilliant tactical mind and military genius, this Agzarai is unlike others. He is not arrogant, he is not ignorant. But most noticable of all, his height. This new emporer is 13 1/2 feet tall, taller than any Agzarai on record.

He...

...Is Veyer Revsan.

MODERATION: We have already made it quite clear the principle of meshing a ship could not be done through the slipbarrier. I will make the exception that your character may travel anywhere he pleases. I had said that the Artaian systems were gone, as they never served any purpose. The Agzarai simply using the now vacant systems is not fair to the original owner. Since Oasa has not had activity in the story since the Azdgari-Corocian war began, i see no reason in waiting until the end of the day. The Oasan territories are now Corocian.

CONTINUATION: Rooster: "As long as you have no alliance with Rama, my people will not attack you. Forgive our incursion." The Zodiac left the system followed by the Beta Fleet.
