21st Century Digital Boy... Samurai... anyone here?

I'm looking to contact these people: respectively, 21CDB for the authorisation to upload a new version of (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/vftp/show.pl?product=evn&category;=guides&display;=date&file;=Non-Technical_EVN_Bible.sit.hqx")The Non-Technical Nova Bible(/url) in RTF to better spread these values to PC people (right now it's in a Mac readme format of which you can barely obtain the unformatted text on a PC), and Samurai to port his popular (it's in the first page of the most downloaded) plug (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/vftp/show.pl?product=evo&category;=plugins&display;=downloads&file;=DarkStation10.hqx")Dark Station(/url) (in which I participated, incidently) to the EVO port for Nova, as some training for me in Nova plug deving (and a service for PC and OSX folks, that is, pretty much everyone).

The first project is already done, it was merely a matter of opening the stuff with TextEdit, correct the layout of the tabbed credits at the end, add that I ported it to RTF (so that I can't take any credit for anything but I'm the one to blame is something isn't good ;)) and saving to RTF. For the second one, I'd like to have an answer first before beginning. I knew them a bit while they were here, but they don't seem to show up any longer. I know their email address is still present in their account info, but it may be outdated, so if anyone has still any contact with any of those two, post here (or better yet, make them post here, if you can). Or if one doesn't wish to post here, ask him to at least mail me at LebPierre(ŕ)Wanadoo dot fr (yeah, I'm paranoid about spam bots). If I don't get any result, I'll resort to mail them with the email addresses I find here.

Thanks for your cooperation.

If I have still no result the 22, I'll resort to mailing them. That doesn't prevent your or one of them to post here, though.

Okay, even before I get to tell you people that I have mailed both with the emails found in their ASW board profile (this morning), that I found this evening that 21st Century Digital Boy has answered and gladly lets me upload what I did, which I'll be doing in a few minutes.

Home of the EVula Plug.

Probably, indeed. He didn't tell me. Samurai hasn't answered so far, but I was not expecting an answer so soon actually.

By the way, with pipeline and you folks (mrxak for EV, Soviet Mikee for EVO, and you Mazca to fall back on just in case, if I'm not mistaken), the addons pages know the fastest turnaround I've ever seen. (url="http://"ftp://ftp.ambrosiasw.com/pub/evn/guides/The_Non-Technical_EVN_Bible.rtf")The Non-Technical EVN Bible(/url) is already available. Notice that, as it's only 30kb in size, I purposedly didn't compress it, so that browsers can actually check it online (Safari can open rtf just fine).

Since you've made contact with Digital Boy and have already done most of the needed work by converting it to .rtf (heck, even Word will do the translation to .html, if you don't get hung up on style issues), will we be seeing the Non-Tech Bible on a web site soon, ZP? SpacePirate? EVula?

(Edit: Yeah, OK, Safari can read RTFs. Some of us still spend a fair portion of our time stuck using IE on OS 9. Grumble grumble grumble....)

I could put the non-technical Nova Bible on the same site as the BFD, if the authors don't mind. It really is an easy matter, as Dr. Trowel said, and my style sheet would take care of all the formatting, anyways... ZP?

No problem as far as I'm concerned; as for 21stCDB, you know where to find his email...

Okay folks, Samurai answered (around the beginning of August) that it was okay for Dark Station! Work will begin soon. I've found a way to get access to Internet just today (just not at length, you'll have to wait for the guides...), just know that I'll likely not come back until september, but I've already done a troubleshooting guide, a desc annoted template (mostly for setting the template of annoted templates), an outf annoted template, and a weap annoted template. I'll post them when I'll be back for you to see and comment.
