I tried to go to Gidolan Keep and saw these giant guys outside that do 300 damage. What the he!! are they?

Why not? They are lots of fun to kill, they grunt so nice when they die.
Just get your strength up real high and also your dex. I'll let our friendly moderator AAC tell you what his is, as last time I checked he was 50-60 higher than me in strength.
