First you must do the marinu / UE diplomatic relations (on the miranu home world.
Then to get the 1st Adzgari Mission go to South Tip Station in the Arayhek system. You can't get Adzgari missions if you've done any of the other Strand's missions.

Ok once you do the marinu and UE mission go to the SOUTH TIP station.... at the very bottom of the map.... PS you will most lkely need a one day jump ship to get through the first mission.

ok, I did that, and then nothing happens, I went to every Azdgari world and nothing happened, and I went into every bar
