Make Spin- where is it?

I'm making a small plug-in for EVO, which includes one ship I made myself.
However, I need to make a spin file based on a single picture. I had makespin before, but I deleted it.

Where can I find this program? I searched everywhere but I can't find it.
This is for the greater glory of mankind, and essential to my comletion of a semi-humorous plug (1 new ship (I might add four more, hint hint), 1 new system, 2 stellars, and possibly one new weapon)

It would be interesting to learn how you define "everywhere."

Anyway, if you look in the 'EV add-ons' section of this site under 'utilities' you should be able to find it.

Then you need a new computer 🙂

Your message said nothing about download problems, you asked where to find the file and I told you. Would having the file somewhere else help any? If you can't download, what difference does it make where it is?
