I've completed the Igazdra missions, and that brings me up to having 3 of the major objectives of the game done. So now what? I want to switch over to the Azdgari and get their shield upgrades. However they're quite pissed at me. I'm Most Wanted in the Azdgari system. Anyone have any tactics on making them like me? The only thing I can think of is blasting Zidara's out of the sky, cos I'd like to stay on good terms with the Igazdra.
Would doing missions to their systems be quicker than destroying their enemies?

Without the Triple Agent plug I can only do one side of the war per pilot file?

Generally speaking, yes. Although it is possible (without plugs) to do both Zidagar and Igadzra missions with one pilot. It has to be planned at recruitment time, though. It is too late for your existing pilot.
