At the moment I'm making a "Complimation" plug in for EVO, I've made most of the stuff from scratch, but I would like to use other plugs that really make a difference to game play. Such as EVTG, I imported this plug onto my plug, only to find out that it was copyrighted.
Do you rekon I could use this and get away with it? can I use it? can I use it if I put acknowledgements?

The only way to use copyrighted material is to get the author's permission - and include an acknowledgement in the plug.
