Il faut quasiment finir la série UE. Tu les auras au moment de conquérire la Station Gualon. Cela dit, ce serait bien de lire les posts avant de poser des questions, il y a un post entičrement consacré au sujet You have to nearly finish the UE string. You get them when you capture Station Gualon. Nevertheless, might be a good idea to read the posts before asking a question. There is a whole one on the subject.
