What is 'The Council' government, and how can I land on thier planet?

The Council government is some sort of meeting of the Strands. They forced the Azdgari to build a space station on their eastern frontier that blocked the only safe hyper-jump that lead east of the crescent. You can only land on Council Station if you have a standard cargo mission there. As far as anybody can tell, Ambrosia only put it in to encourage plugins about it.

And there's some guy called ali sadi, who doesent have much money (being me I stole all his credits) and he is a council guy. He says something but you can't hail him. Theres a sight dedicated to council station but i can't remember the adress. Anyone else remember it?

Yeah. It's at: (url="http://"http://users.aol.com/machcu/council/index.html")http://users.aol.com...ncil/index.html(/url) keep in mind though, that Ambrosia doesn't have much on the council in the game. It's mainly to produce plugins.
