Stories are featured for 5-6 days each and then are available in the list of archived stories on the right of the Chronicles main page.
If you wish to submit an EV/EVO story, article, poem, etc., go the the above link, click submit, type the title of the story in the subject line, copy the story to tha main body space (please proofread it), and then submit it. After a few weeks (there will likely be stories in line before yours) you story will appear as the feature story and can be read and commented upon.
