I have done several vonian missions(Cruiser and frigate available) and my contact said somthing about a new mission but it was to important for humans. What do I do now? is that the end of the vonian missions?

Yep, the only way to get more missions, is to download Reign of the Voinians. It is a great plug that continues the missions.
