Voinian help

I'm trying to do missions for the voinians. I've turned my back on the UE. I can land on most of the Voinian planets but I can't find any missions, where does the mission string begin??

Go to the bar on Pax in the Dogover system (southwest Human space). There, you'll be offered the first of the Voinian mission string.
