I just figgerd why all you lazy goldfish don't have the Crescent Warship! You don't have the credits!!!! Man this thing is awsome. 4 sheild enhancers 4 pase turrets 1 crescent+1 krait bay You all suck!!! or at least your ships do.....
By the by, where is the f*****g Azgadari raider I'm supposed to blow up for the Zidigar?

Um, no. Most of us don't have the Crescent Warship because we've purchased or captured better ships. Ships that have more speed, agility, shields, armour, weaponry, etc.
Case In Point: Igazra: Four shield capacitors, five phase turrets, layer of Bronev plating, layer or Duraplast armour (Whatever the other armour is), speed upgrade, RCS upgrade, thrust upgrade, rocket launcher and rockets.
So, I have around 80 more armour units than you, 250 more shield units than you, 30 more speed and thrust units than you, 30 more degrees per second turning, one more turret than you, and rockets (not a big deal).
Although this is just my personal preference in ships.
BTW: You said people don't have the credits. The base price of an Igazra is 15 million credits, just a few million more than your ship WITH all the upgrades you have.

Time is visible in all places.
Clock towers, wristwatches, church bells divide years into months, months into days, days into hours, hours into seconds, each increment of time marching after the other in perfect succession. And beyond any particular clock, a vast scaffold of time, stretching across the universe, lays down the law of time equally for all.
In this world, a second is a second is a second.
Time moves forward with unwavering regularity.
Time is an infinite ruler.
Time is absolute.
Foolish!! Voinian cruiser can defeat an igazra hands down! Yet an Earth destroyer defeats a voinian cruiser, though not with ease it can be done often. Igazra canes the Destroyer and by now you have a most complexicated game of scissors paper asteroid.
Toodays saying: "He who assaults a cruiser with a scoutship inevitably ends in small peices".

The captain of the A.S.S. Phoenix
forge said he had a layer of Bronev plating. What is it, and where and how can you get it without cheating or joining the Voinians?

Bronev plating you can only get by working for the Voinians. Dospect armour, however, you can get by begging to land on a voinian world/station with an outfit ship, and you can also get it by doing the Parren station missions.
In response to Azdara: Voinian Cruisers are easy. AI vs. AI the Voinian Cruiser wins due to it's armour and the ineffectivness of the Phase weapons on armour. Human vs. AI, piece O' cake vs. Voinians.
Why do all you guys want the big ships. My ship of preference is the Lazira - upgraded of course. I know weapons wise it could never match up to any warship but just buy a couple of blaze turrets and cannons, twinned with some pursuit missiles and a launcher and you can take on anything!!! Voinian Cruisers - no problem, Igazra - piece of pi$$, and as for the UE destroyer - yawn.
My Azdara can kick all you you. It's fast and has a fast recharge rate. That's all that matters.

So true, so true. I ahve serious trouble dealing with those pesky things in my heavily upgraded Igadzra; I can't get them to stay in one place!

I done all the later of the Azdgari missions with an Azdara. I got all the upgrades, and therefor my Azdara is faster and has a faster shield regeneration speed. I can just sit in front of an Igazra and kill it with 4 swivel phase cannons. No matter how many disp. rockets and phase weapons it fires at me, it just can't kill me! The shield reg. is so fast that it regenerates a disp. rocket hit almost instantly. My best capital ship is a Voinian Cruiser. Yeah, it's slow, but it rocks! I can kill an Igzara in 16.325 seconds (I calculated). Good, eh? The only bad thing is the bay. If you could sell it, you would have 250 or so tons of space more, but I tend to have enough anyway. Also, I hate the UE, so it's good to have a Voinian Cruiser with 6 Voinian Cruisers escort. (I once worked for UE and captured a Voinian Dreadnought. Then I captured six more. Ouch!) -Gav
Of course, the ultimate ship is still the super Adzara with the mega-mega shield regenerators. You have to get the Adzari mission to watch the super-generator-equipped ships kick the tail off of Outpost (that really important Ziddy base near Adzari space) then abort it. I haven't done it myself, but apparently you can actually disable one of the Adzaras and take it, giving you a ship which (when upgraded) has such an obscene regeneration rate it's invincible.
Of course, I prefer my massively overloaded Lazira.
I'll take my Shuttlecraft from EV anyday.

Gekko, you can gain the Bronev plating by waiting. Yes I said waiting. If you have completed UE or Voinian and a Strand's missions, you should have it available. Go to the Yelts system(at the right edge of UE space)it's a renegade system  It should be happy and let you land even if you have done nothing for it. Land there and they should have bronev plating and a lot of other killer stuff there. Btw, if it is not happy for some reason, you can always bribe
