Well, Nova originally started out as this enormous total conversion plug (I believe it has somewhere between 400 and 600 systems) by a group called Atmos down in Australia. Since they planned on selling it (hey, I don't blame them; its bigger than EV:O...), Ambrosia got interested (I think it started out at first with the legalities). Then all we know for sure is that there were talks between Ambrosia and Atmos as to selling Nova as a third EV (Escape Velocity was the first; Escape Velocity: Override was second, and Escape Velocity: Nova might be third). Now andrew (president of Ambrosia Software) has stated that there will be another EV, and it will have numerous engine improvements as well as a new scenario. This would seem to point to Nova as the new scenario, since it was already considered. However, Atmos isn't saying either way. It seems to me that if another scenario had been chosen, Atmos would have said it wasn't the one. Maybe there's another one competting for it? I dunno, it seems like we would have heard of it before...

We currently don't have one as we don't believe in selling ourselves to the world and telling everyone how good we are until we have actually finished a product. As for what is going on with Nova and 'EV3', read Shade's post, because I'll only end up confusing you...
